We have spent our ski vacation here several times. The resort is ideally located for all winter activities. Everything is within walking distance. The immediate vicinity of the ski school is also ideal. Check-in/check-out is straightforward and quick.

Urs's apartment is very tasteful and furnished with style. It is absolutely clean and it lacks nothing for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. For the car, there is a parking space in a spacious garage. We also liked the central location with the proximity to shops and the lake. We will be happy to come back.

The stay in Sent was great. Laura and Tumasch are very friendly hosts and even helped me bring the luggage to the apartment. The flat is centrally located in a traffic quiet location. It is very nice, big and bright. The small balcony invites for a coffee in the sun. It is an ideal location for hiking, biking or skiing. I will book and recommend this apartment again. Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

The studio is very cozy and well equipped. It offers plenty of storage space and a well-thought-out kitchen. Due to the location on the sunny slope, coffee can be drunk at noon on the small balcony. The building is located directly at the bus stop as well as on the home run. Always happy to come back!

I was in the really nice and lovingly furnished apartment over the Easter holidays. It looked exactly like the pictures. I especially loved the fully glazed wall, which had the view outside of the beautiful mountains at all times. The only downside was that the garden currently still needs to recover from the previous construction site. But the seeds are probably already sown again. The beautiful terrace can still be used. Also fantastic was the access to the hotel's wellness area, including a cozy bathrobe. Your own small apartment where you have everything and at least simple dishes can cook without any problems and a wellness area, where else is there. And I can only confirm the review about the bed: super comfortable. Conclusion: I don't think you're doing anything wrong with renting this little gem. Thank you to Helmut and the friendly staff of the hotel.

very nice stay! recommended. ideal for two, but as an adult with two children it also went well. just a pity that we could not enjoy the swimming pool because of renovation works, but Petra definitely compensated for that. perfect base for beautiful walks nearby. recommended!!!
