The apartment is on the second floor of our wooden house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is located in the attic on the second floor. Bed dimensions: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. WiFi, parking is included in the price. Additional charges to be paid on site Tourist tax: 5.90 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus in the region.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
