You will love staying in this beatifull studio apartment, the location is spectacular at the beggining of Condado, the most relaxing area, all you need at walking distance. Best than being in a hotel! The beach is across the street little condado beach and the lagoon is in your back yard with private acces. We take cleaning and sanitizing procedures very seriously, ocean views from your room or your bed, just 10min from SJU airport, it will be your perfect spot to enjoy the island at it's best!

The unit have Wi-fi and high speed internet and 2 T.V.s Free assigned parking in the same condo with control access. The Apt. is fully remodeled and equipped with all you will need to have a pleasant stay.

🛑 WE HAVE WATER, we are not affected by the water rationing. The BEACH Pad -A Modern- luxurious, beach front and full ocean view apartment. Enjoy your private balcony to watch the sun rise and set over the Atlantic ocean. The view is 180 degrees from left to right without any obstruction. The living room has a 75" tv, with a Sonos sound bar. Relax to music, have a glass of wine or cup of coffee made from the coffee machine provide , and listen to the sound of the waves.

This beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway for two. It is located directly on one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. Walkable area, old San Juan close by and many food and shopping option within walking distance. You will wake up seeing the beach directly in front of you and go to bed with the sound of the waves! **WE CANNOT STORE LUGGAGE** Check in time 3PM-checkout 11AM Absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment. There is no onsite parking.
