Cozy 1 br/1 bth apartment. Semi-loft style with sofa bed in living room. Located in San Juan's trendy Condado Beach neighborhood. Building designed by acclaimed architect Henry Klumb, this apartment comes fully equipped and is walking distance to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Condado is just 4 miles from the airport and Old San Juan. There's a large pool and bistro café. Paid parking is available right next door and there are two car rental spots less than a 5 min walk.

This beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway for two. It is located directly on one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. Walkable area, old San Juan close by and many food and shopping option within walking distance. You will wake up seeing the beach directly in front of you and go to bed with the sound of the waves! We don’t have parking on premises at the moment **WE CANNOT STORE LUGGAGE** Check in time 3PM-checkout 11AM
