Condo holiday rentals in Condado Beach

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Perfect for our 3 night stay in San Juan. Ray is a great host & the condo is clean & well kept.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in San Juan!

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

Always clean and ready for guests

The place was spacious and it had everything we needed. Gate to enter building and door locks to unit made us feel pretty safe. Very close to Escambron Beach, Old San Juan, and airport, which gave us time to do other things. The surrounding area is part of a revitilization project which will enhance location even more.

Javier was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. Place was sooooo close to the beach. If you have kids I recommend staying here due to the area of beach. If you walk out the gate to beach town left and walk down until you see a pool like areas very kid friendly. To your right you’ll have more activities like, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, pins coladas, chairs with umbrellas. Also location is close to a bunch of restaurants walking distance highly recommend Bistro Cafe.

We had such a wonderful time at J B’s place! The location was fantastic - a block from the beach and on the street itself there were so many great restaurants and spots to check out (including a grocery store across the street!) while still feeling quiet and private. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen, dining table and washer dryer were all great for making ourselves feel right at home. The host was so proactive and responsive, providing quick and helpful responses and suggestions (and even did a toilet paper delivery!) Also gracious in giving us some extra time for checkout to enjoy a bit more before we had to head home which was very kind. Would definitely go back!

This place is totally worth the stay! The area is super safe and right next to the beach. Everything was right down the road and super accessible from where we were. I definitely would stay here again when coming back to Puerto Rico!!

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

Highly recommend!! Location was perfect - one block from the beach, walking distance to plenty of bars restaurants stores . Quick uber to old San Juan , airport etc. the building had a nice pool and condo had beach chairs, towels and cooler - everything we needed. Carlos was very responsive and friendly . Check in /out was easy. Definitely would stay here again !!

The location was perfect in so many ways, the beach access made it so that going to the beach wasn’t an hours long process and since it’s semi private there’s always room. There are a ton of food and store options walking distance, all the night life options are $5-$15 uber ride. But also offered free parking so I could rent a car without worrying about parking to explore further out places. The Airbnb was well stocked, clean, the view is amazing. Marisabel was wonderful responsive and thoughtful Definitely one of the high lights of my trip!
