The Sugar Shack a unique cabin in the Rainforest

Backpacker ecofriendly environment. Awesome views of El Yunque. 2 Minutes to rainforest and only 10 minutes to the local beaches and town of Luquillo. We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.

Our home has AC in the common areas and bedrooms. We have a water backup system, water filter under kitchen sink, and solar panels with a Tesla battery. No Uber service, car rental is necessarry. Our location is in a rural area, we do not have restaurants nearby, you will need to drive 10 minutes.

Casa Suiza-Private Couple Escape with Heated Pool

Casa Suiza is a romantic getaway retreat, couples only with Climate Pool. We are located in the mountain, it is very private, away from the city, an hour away from San Juan and the Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Rico. We recommend washing an SUV or 4x4 vehicle for your peace of mind, if you are not used to riding in the Mountain. Once you start climbing the mountain, it's through curved streets and some steep, but completely walkable slopes.
