Beach condo holiday rentals in Condado Beach

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

This is our second time staying here. We love the views, the location, and the hosts. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean place. Smaller than it seemed on pictures but it had all we needed for the last night of our trip around PR. About 20 minutes by car from the airport and about 5 minutes from the beach. It is right next to the main road so it can get loud. Overall we would recommended staying here for a short stay

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

Great location!!! So close to everything we needed, and the 24 hour store across the street was so convenient! Beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards were provided. It even had a 24 hour security guard so you always feel safe! Definitely recommend!

Perfect location, clean, and easy to find. Erick was a very quick responder. 10/10 recommend!

All in all it was a great experience I would highly recommend although we lost power one day it came back on when it was expected and the loss of not having laundry was also unfortunate but other then that it was exactly how I expected it the views from the master are beautiful the marble floors are a nice touch the ac blasts!! The new tv is beautiful not as mesmerizing as the beach in the backyard!!! Would definitely stay again thank you very much!!

Beautiful place to stay close to a lot of great places to see. We stayed during the Blackout which did not effect us to much just sleeping at night was hard. This was not Milas fault she checked in on us during that time and told us where the lanterns were and etc. We will definitely return again and would consider staying again Thank you for having everything we needed during our stay.

Javier is an excellent host. He replied immediately, communicated clearly. He met us at check in and gave clear instructions on how to get in the secured building, gave several good suggestions on places to visit, local restaurants, nearby supermarket. The place is a bit outdated, but it is right at the beach within walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket, and you can see and hear ocean from the window. We really appreciated that it had beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. Overall it’s a nice and secure place and Javier is a great host.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

I give this home a 10/10. The pictures does no justice to the actual space. The views are to die for!! The home was just as described and more. It was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for my family to feel right at home. The location is centrally based. I have no complaints and will definitely be back.

Great location. Close to the beach and everything else! Love the pool and the coffee shop downstairs. Would definitely return in the future :)

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

Apartment was more then as described. Assigned parking right near the elevators which was accommodating as I traveled w a senior with limited walking abilities. Unit was spacious, amazing view of the beach and pool right below; fully functional kitchen with all the pots and pans; coffee & tea machines; washer/dryer in the unit; tv's in each room; beach towels and chairs and toys. The shower head had good pressure. The mattress was WONDERFUL. In my experience, Airbnb beds aren't always the best. Not this trip- my family rested well everynight of our stay. Lots a restaurants/bars within walking distance. We felt safe outside. We would definitely return in the future and refer this place to friends and family.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

The condo was exactly as the photos, modern and updated. The place was spotless. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved the room darkening blinds. I specifically rented this unit due to the view and outside patio, and it did not disappoint. I spent a lot of time outside whenever possible. The place was very quiet, and you would never know you were that close to the airport, as it's on the other side of the building. Having 2 bathrooms was great and the showers were nice. Unfortunately, we arrived during an island-wide power outage that took almost 2 full days to get back running and Lynette was willing to work with us. Lynette was flexible, but we wanted to stay and stick it out and I'm glad we did. Also wanted to add that during a time of a power-outage, Lynette was very proactive with updates which was comforting. The unit had 2 coolers which we used and beach towels. They also had some balls we used to play football and volleyball.

The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. Lots of amenities included for beach chairs, sand toys for kids, a beach blanket, and plenty of beach towels. Great stay overall.
