A block away from the beach, it provides both the tranquility of being away from the crowds but the accessibility to go on morning beach walks. This is definitely a stay you will want to repeat over and over again. We are located in the pristine gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. A 10 minute walk to the highly touristic area of Condado. 10 min to the airport and from OSJ!

Beautiful apartment at the heart of Condado Beach

Enjoy the magical view of the swimming pool and the Condado Lagoon directly from your living room. Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.
