A lovely place to stay. Was clean and tidy. Kids enjoyed the park. We would definitely go back.

Ben was a fabulous host and made everything so easy for our arrival. The flat was in a perfect location for what we needed and was lovely and clean and surprisingly spacious. Beds were really comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. ☺️

Wonderful few days stay! Such a peaceful place to be, so quiet and calm, perfect for a reset! The garden is truly dog friendly which was so perfect for our little escape artist! We were a short drive from lots of local villages and pubs and from the gorgeous coast. Highly recommend hive beach cafe, crab house, and the Saxon arms was good for a roast. We loved west bay beach for an early morning dip, modbury farm shop and Eweleaze dairy vending machine (a joy!) Thanks so much Andrea!

I have mobility issues and the property is well adapted for my needs especially the bathroom having many aids. It is slightly old fashioned but for us was totally in keeping with the beautiful rural setting. Despite its situation, it seemed perfect for visiting all the places we wanted to see in Dorset. David and Jane made us very welcome and we know they would have responded quickly if we had any issues. For us it was the perfect hideaway.
