Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Madrid

The house is located in a quiet town and surrounded by nature, it is very cozy and is great equipped. Thanks also to the attention and kindness of both Sergio and his mother, we had a great stay. Highly recommended!!

We have been very comfortable in the house. The communal areas and the porch give rise to spending time together both older and children. Despite the cold of the street, the heating is wonderful because it has a underfloor. We had a small inconvenience with the bbq that Alberto fixed it at the moment. We don't have a complaint

We loved the house and the location. Quite private and cozy, it was just what we were looking for and the house is just as shown in the photos. Very attentive and flexible host with check-in and check-out times.

We really enjoyed Navacerrada, great small town. 40 min drive to Segovia - one hour to Avila and 25 min to Valdesqui Loved the amount of games and movies for the kids, the loved the room with toys Thanks so much for having Jaime!

The apartment is in a lively residential neighborhood full of shops, cafes, bars, marketplaces, restaurants, metro stops, a popular high-end department store and giant park. Despite this, it is quiet. Even the doors and floors don't squeak. It's a strangely long narrow layout, but the two main sleeping areas each have their own bathrooms and are quite private. We were met at the door by Angie, Pilar's property manager, who had recently stocked the refrigerator and coffee jar. I'd advise the visitor to get instructions on how to turn on and off the decorative light and the heaters. It was a grey and rainy week and sometimes we were cold. This is not a touristic area, don't expect currency exchanges or tour buses, but if you're looking for Spain, you'll find it here.

Nice, large apartment in a great location. Without the noise you expect from downtown apartments. Only point of improvement is that the shutter in the primary bedroom was broken, so we had to move. Recommended for everyone, especially for groups.

This apartment was perfect for our little family trip to Madrid. The location couldn’t have been more convenient and it was a gorgeous little place. We did not get to use the outdoor space as we would have liked due to the rain but it looked nice. The apt was very comfortable and suited our needs well. We will return next time in Madrid.

Adela's place is beautiful. The terrace is a lovely spot to sit in the morning and enjoy your coffee with an incredible view of the city. At night time it might be even more beautiful. Adela was a very welcoming host providing lots of local recommendations and was always on hand to answer any questions. The location is great as you can easily walk into the city and there are connections via the metro and buses. There's also lots to explore in the local area. We would definitely recommend this place. We had such a great trip.

The garden with the pool and the barbecue is perfect for spending the day

Very good and wide house that can accommodate a large family like mine. The house has all the necessary utensils for the stay. Housekeeping may improve a bit but it's personal. It is a very beautiful house that can be used by people of all ages from babies to gentlemen. It is a quiet place to relax without disturbance of neighbors. There are several restaurants, markets, pharmacies close by which it is easy to use in everyday life. I recommend the house to other people and large families! Communication with the owner was very easy and respectful!

We have rented the accommodation between 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: pool, bbq, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, do board games, etc. while the rest could rest without problem. And Teba, the host, super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.
