Very cozy penthouse with everything you need to spend a few days, just like in the photos, very clean and everything new. Alba was always attentive to what we might need, you have shops nearby and the location is perfect for sightseeing. We'll be back!

We've been very comfortable. Everything was very clean and practically new. The treatment has been impeccable and we will definitely repeat. Highly recommended and ideal for traveling with children.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family friendly, true to photographs, super well equipped kitchen with everything you need, the bathroom is very comfortable and with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after all the day of tourism, the terrace is indescribable super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets without words. It is a very quiet place, ideal for disconnecting and getting out of the ordinary. A car is a MUST as there are no amenities nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, more stairs are added. The parking space is ample but a fairly “justito” elevator is necessary to access according to the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA 'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts of 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

Stunning 2 bed apartment. Everything perfectly cleaned and everything you’d need is there. Situated right in the middle of the small town. Very quiet in the apartment, and when you leave you are right in the middle of all the restaurants. Free parking a small walk away, 2 grocery shops a small walk and near a bakery & vegetable shop.. everything on your doorstep. The beach is 20 min walk, and there is surfing there as well. We had a fabulous time, amazing apartment and great walks. There’s a market on Saturdays in the town square. All the locals are so friendly… really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place. Laura is a great communicator and meet us on arrival.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us on the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was impeccable and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt at home, honestly. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go outside the city. There are several car parks around, but we usually found parking in the blue zone easily and practically nearby, so the experience of going by car was excellent too. The only thing I can say to finish, is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

Beautiful apartment in an equally beautiful building. Underground parking in the building was ideal, the location was good for the centre of the town and a reasonable walk to the beaches.

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

A very pleasant stay and the hosts are very friendly. The arrival without any problem, it is a very comfortable and great apartment located for sightseeing in Cantabria. We loved it.

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

We enjoyed the house. Everything is new and tastefully furnished. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains in a small hamlet. You can get bread at the campsite across the street and there is a restaurant where you can eat well. For us, this stay was worth at least 6 stars!

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can get there easily and you can also visit the villages a bit with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of space. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Family weekend in a comfortable and well located house. well equipped for 6 people, with ATMs, shops and restaurants. A very nice walking area. The owner took care of us before we arrived quickly.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need for a good stay. Mari is a very good host, friendly, always willing to advise you about the area, attentive to what you may need... Worth repeating!

Beautiful apartment, very new, spacious. No problems at all with ambient noise. Great bed and lovely shower. Kitchen fully equipped. And a nice balcony!! And Fernando was very service oriented.

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S. If you're going with kids (or even if you're not :-D), the beaches on the island are another great plus!

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.

Excellent apartment. Very conveniently located, close to the center. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a walking trail 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need for living. Excellent underground parking. The owner and hostess were very nice, friendly. We will come back again.

Magda gave us 10/10 service. Always making sure you feel at home. And the accommodation is amazing. Super quiet and with countless details. Very close to the port of Alisas. Ideal accommodation for the Hoznayo Rally Festival. If we go back to the rally, we'll definitely do it again!
