Holiday rentals with beach access in Comillas

The apartment is great and we really liked that it included parking as it is a busy area, especially in summer. Communication with Bea was good. The location 10/10. The only thing is that there is a little noise at night from the bars in the area.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

We spent 5 days in the apartment and it was fantastic Very well located, quiet and next to the beach Easy road connection to get around Asturias Worth repeating!

What a wonderful place! hard to imagine ever getting tired of the views across the river to San Vicente town with the beach in the foreground and the Picos de Europa mountains in the background from this wonderful little apartment. Great communication throughout - would absolutely love to come back.

Very cozy, tasteful apartment in a quiet area. Aninna was very friendly and everything was so clearly described that no further questions were required. The apartment was sparkling clean, the furnishings are discreet but inviting and we had all the necessities (towels, care products, tabs, coffee, tea and even small cooking oil portions) at our disposal. A plus was the balcony overlooking the bay of San Vicente de Barquera. The fantastic beach is unfortunately a little further away, but the path there is worth it. A small but well-stocked supermarket is just a minute away. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both everyday living and cooking (the only thing missing was a kettle, but that wasn’t a big deal). The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many cafes around. The host Pablo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

This is a beautiful place with great view of the sea and city in the background. Very artistically furnished meeting with all needs of a seasoned traveler. We had the most wonderful time at Elena’s apartment. It was lovely to spend a few days there whilst exploring the region. The kitchen has enough ustensiles to cook and there are a few shops mere minutes away. Great shower pressure and comfortable bed were the added bonuses.

We have passed 2 families the May Bridge in the Vallejo house. Saying that the communication with diego was very good, on arrival they were waiting for us to explain everything. The area is super well connected, there is a very nice walk through the village and the river saja ideal for going with the dogs and the family. Diego left us recommendations for restaurants and areas to visit and we listened to him. All from 100! Definitely to be repeated. The house has all the amenities and very close there are a lot of super markets. Yes, check the opening hours on festive. In Madrid we are very poorly used to.

The house and the surroundings are as it looks in the photos 💯 Of course, maybe for access to the residential area you need to have some experience in mountain curves 🏔️ The beautiful area, perfect to unwind ✨ the incredible green landscape! The house had everything, super comfortable, especially the beds. We loved being able to enjoy its donkeys and the sound of other animals around

A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the centre of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the centre. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Amazing stay at the adorable Teresa's. The accommodation is peaceful, very pleasant and functional for a couple with a small one. The beautiful garden overlooks a very pretty view. Teresa is a very thoughtful and solar host. Thank you again so much for everything!!! Emma, Louis, and Charlie.

Great vacation, lovely hostess, and unbeatable surroundings. Totally recommended

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

The stay was most pleasant starting with Pilar, pending at all times. The house is very well located, in a quiet area and with everything you could need, in addition to being impeccable. We would come back and recommend it without any hesitation.
