Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for hiking lovers. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I've ever stayed in.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

the location of the house is ideal, very close to the beach. The house is very nice and has everything, comfortable, clean and tidy. Pedro is a great host, friendly and nice. He helps you with everything you need. The garage is very large and easy to park in. We are very happy and satisfied with the house and the surroundings, our dogs were delighted. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

We had a great time with friends. The house is very well equipped with a very good location and a superb view of the ocean in a quiet area. Our host was very responsive and responsive whenever we needed.

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Maria Gemma is very attentive to leaving us an umbrella and fixing a problem with the light because there was a storm she answered us very quickly and the dogs were very good
