Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The large picture windows gave an amazing view of Colorado Springs on one side, and mountain terrain on the other. Three and a half bathrooms was a real bonus! Made it more comfortable for all the families to claim their own. The kitchen was great, and there was plenty of sitting and gathering space. Two car garage parking was another bonus! The response of the host was incredible - we had a family emergency and they were very kind to allow us to check out late. We all enjoyed our stay very much . One of the best houses we have been in for Airbnb!

This place is straight out of a storybook. From the moment we arrived it was spectular. The hostess was amazing in providing written directions knowing gps signal was hit or miss... the cabin was super cute with a bear theme...as were other cabins in the area... there is no garage/ protected parking so be warned of hail during your visit. This was one thing we did not account for and had to take immediate action to prevent damage to the rental car, or just go that extra length and get hail damage protection if you rent a car. The furnace was an amazing heater and warmed the place quite cozy in about 30 minutes. I love how close it is to cripple creek (10 minutes). We did see deer right in the yard area out front, and hear elk bugles during the morning. All in all, we definitely loved this stay and would highly recommend... chefs kiss.

Had an amazing time on this trip. It was a fantastic first airbnb experience. Jacquie was fast to respond to every message and even sent recommendations on great local activities. She also provided games, a cute Polaroid for the guest book, and some great vinyls. The bathroom was simply amazing. We were obsessed with the shower. We didn't get the chance to use the hot tub cause we were so busy, but it seemed easy and there were plenty of detailed instructions for everything you could possibly need to know about the place. Highly recommend checking out The Garden Of The Gods state park. It was one of the best parts of the trip and it's a short drive from the airbnb.

The house and area were beautiful and we felt at home for our entire stay! The kids enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and other games in the basement. We loved that these were divided between the up and downstairs. The gym had everything we needed, also. The hot tub was perfect to relax in each evening, after exploring the sites. Cleanliness is a big thing we look for when staying in a home, and this house has been well maintained and cared for, and it truly shows! We also appreciated the fact that the hosts provided extra towels and fans, for each room.

The outdoor spaces were peaceful and we enjoyed the fire table. Spacious home for the eight of us, lots of extra helpful items in the kitchen, a comfortable and inviting home. Beds were comfortable, on the firmer side. Very quiet at night. I loved that the home is in a peaceful mountain setting with lots of trees but within 5 mins you could get to Safeway. We ate at the Lake and Lantern in Palmer Lake, tiny little place with friendly staff and the best ever pancakes and breakfast sandwiches.

This home was very comfortable and had lots of extra amenities for our stay. It was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. It worked out wonderfully for what we needed while visiting our son who lived less than a mile away from this location. We will definitely book with them again in the future.

This is our groups second time staying with Zoltan. This is the second of his properties we have stayed at and both places were outstanding, with a great host! Excellent communication and extremely friendly. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area with a large group, contact Zoltan and treat yourself to one of his locations. Can’t wait for next years trip and will absolutely be looking forward to staying with this host again!
