You can't get much closer to Garden of the Gods which makes it easy to go there for sunrise or sunset if you want. And Old Colorado City is just down the road. Getting groceries is easy with Safeway just 5 minutes away. In other words this place has location, location, location. All that, and yet, its on a quiet residential street. Beds have a mattress topper which I like since I sleep on side. But they aren't overly soft if you prefer firm. Very comfortable linens. Bathroom is small with a low commode, but the shower is nice and hot with a good stream. Serviceable kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans for stove top. Just a cookie sheet for oven use. And there were 2 ice trays in the freezer which I especially liked having. Streaming my own shows at nights was super easy. All in all a nice place to stay. Thanks!

Very comfortable for a family of 4 (two teenagers, so they had their own rooms). The host recently installed individual air-conditioners in all the bedrooms which kept each room very comfortable to each person’s liking. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She greeted us on arrival and provided additional instructions, when needed and answered any questions we had. The home was conveniently located near our family’s home as well as centrally to many restaurants, the interstate and Academy Drive.

We loved staying here, the house had such a beautiful and at-home vibe to it. There was so many things to do around town within short driving distance. We loved staying here and would recommend others to stay here as well.

Beautiful location and easy access to all near by attractions

This townhouse was great! Location was perfect- 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor Seven Falls, the start of Pikes Peak highway. Tons of food options! Great list of local recommendations. Central air is a must for us, and this house delivered! Nice and cool despite high outdoor temps. Backyard was nice and grassy, great for our dog. Fence is not husky/escape artist proof, but few things are, so we just kept her leashed. Our truck didn’t fit in the garage, but Eli’s team worked with us on parking options. Overall, great experience and we would stay here again!

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by picturesque views in one direction and restaurants in the other. Close to hwy access for ease of getting around. Patio, laundry, kitchen with all the things to cook and eat meals, garage for parking a perk. Plenty of table and living room seating. Pool table downstairs.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the arcade game, which was a fun addition to our evenings and the host allowed for us to check in a bit early since we arrived ahead of schedule. However, we did find that there were not a lot of kitchen utensils available, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook. Also, if you're planning to visit local attractions like Garden of the Gods, be aware that it's a bit of a drive. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Great place to stay! The host was a friendly neighbor. The place was very clean and well decorated. The swing and backyard are nice as well. We liked the board games and Netflix. It was hot, so the fans helped to cool off. We recommend this place.

This home was perfect for our week in Colorado Springs. Very clean and well stocked within a few minutes of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Stephanie’s place! Beautiful, clean, well appointed, and the location was perfect! So many restaurants and fun places to take the family nearby, plus a park a block away you can see from the kitchen window! Stephanie was lovely to work with. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Roberto was great at both reaching out with necessary info and checking on our stay, as well as responding promptly to our questions. This rental has an amazing view of Pike’s Peak, and is located near other sites, such as Garden of the Gods and the Cliff Dwellings, and is a small drive to Colorado Springs. The space was very clean, as described, and had all amenities listed. Would recommend this host and property!

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The place is super modern and updated, with a really clean and welcoming feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable—some of the best bedding we’ve had at any rental—and we all slept like rocks. The living room had a huge TV, perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and there was another big one in the master bedroom, which was a nice bonus. The whole house was really well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and blankets. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—really close to town, but still in a peaceful and beautiful area. Having garage parking was a big plus too, especially for unloading and loading luggage easily. The hosts were awesome—super responsive, friendly, and gave us great info ahead of time, which made check-in and the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Honestly, we’d definitely stay here again and highly rec

Ken and Patty's place was exactly what we were after. Comfortable (especially the beds and couches!), well stocked with everything we needed, and room to spread out. Communication was excellent, helpful, and friendly. We found ourselves going to a Paint & Sip night that was only 3 minites away by car. Also found a delicious sushi place nearby. A little further away, we enjoyed an afternoon in Garden of the God's and Manitou Springs. With all that in easy reach (plus much more we didn't have time for), location is great to local favorites. There were times when you could hear traffic, but it wasn't very bothersome. We appreciate the hospitality and extra touches we found in this home and will absolutely stay with Ken and Patty again if we find ourselves in the Colorado Springs area again.

Wonderful place & close to everything! Kinda spooked at times because of the neighbor, but it was all good. I would definitely book this place again!

This was our first time renting an Airbnb and it did not disappoint. We loved every thing about it! The layout works great. Everything was so clean. The furnishings were so comfortable. The location was close to the tourist attractions. John and Kat were so great at communicating, everything went so smoothly. We would love to come back and stay here again.

I can't say enough about this amazing home! My husband and 3 teen/college kids stayed for a week and it was perfect for us. The home is so spacious with high ceilings and large rooms throughout. The mattresses in all 3 bedrooms were SO comfortable! We loved the large front porch and were out there morning and night in between our mountain adventures. We also used the hot tub every day (following the instructions to care for it well) which was a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. The neighborhood was quiet and gorgeous with all the historic homes and their lovely flower gardens. We enjoyed walking to the local coffee shop as well. The location is very central to almost everything in COS--Garden of the Gods was less than 15 minutes away. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to anything we needed. Do not be concerned that the AirBnB is connected to their home--it feels entirely separate. Highly recommend this home!

Heidi’s place was beautiful! Very nice kitchen that had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Close to everything and beautiful views. Would absolutely stay there again!
