If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, private, and truly magical place to stay—this is it. The mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything in the house—the beds, kitchen, floors, and more—was just amazing. My family spent three nights here, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had during all my visits to Colorado in past few family visits.. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be checking in again on our future trips. My family absolutely loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brittany’s house! Prospect Lake is directly across from the house, which is part of a public park, and it has a paved walkway around it. It was beautiful! We greatly enjoyed seeing it and walking around it for exercise and leisure. The house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and she provides a lot of things like coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have never had anyone be that generous in a rental before. It sure made things easy! She also communicated with us before and during. Checking in and out was simple! This cottage was so cute! It was in the perfect location from everything in Colorado Springs. Neighborhood was super cozy and safe. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was perfect. A great place to lay your head or stay in and watch a movie. We had our dog with us and he loved the backyard very much

Me and my fiancé loved staying here! There are so many fun things to do within a short drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week stay. The host are amazing and very responsive to answer any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Gabby’s place is wonderful wether your traveling with a pet or not. The flowers in the front yard a beautiful and the backyard has plenty of room for activities. It’s close to just about everything which is so convenient. I would recommend staying here to anyone

the Alpaca House has such a great theme and I loved all the accents. I was much happier with all the kitchen implements and access to the private backyard than I would have been in a hotel. Jackie and her staff were great from beginning to end!

We felt right at home. It was wonderful to come home to a cozy backyard and hot tub after a day of touring.

Kristen was an amazing host. Her Airbnb was very homey and decorated beautifully. She was messaging me throughout our stay and would give us local recommendations for food and coffee shops.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Julia was a great host, quick to respond, and very accommodating to our needs as guests. We appreciated all of the detail and information provided prior to check-in as well.

Had a peaceful stay at Cabin #1! We had 2 dogs and they were right at home. We liked that this cabin was just one unit with our car easily accessible in front of the cabin. All amenities and photos were as described in the listing. On-site staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking to stay in Old Colorado.

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

The host, Erin, provided detailed checkin/checkout instructions and responded quickly to messages. Also, the location was easy to find and close to restaurants, the lake, and park. The home itself was cozy and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

The place is lovely, the kitchen is very well stocked, beds are very comfy, we loved hanging out in the balcony, the pool is huge, the hotel is in a very good location near lots of food, walmart etc. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful exquisitely appointed home in an idyllic setting. All the furniture was clean and comfortable. Great spot for checking out non traditional spots outside Colorado Springs.

There isn’t enough space to describe how perfect this stay was for our family. From feeding and seeing beautiful birds, to deer coming close enough for our daughters to enjoy, to all of the wild turkeys roaming around- we couldn’t have found a better spot to wrap up our Colorado vacation. We were able to experience so many drastic weather conditions in the span of 2 days here but the house was warm enough when needed, and the huge windows also kept us cool during a brief warm afternoon before more rainstorms as well. The hot tub was perfect for chilly nights, and the upper porch was the best place for morning coffee. The bed linens were incredible and it was so hard to crawl out of the comfort of our beds each morning! We opted to bring groceries in from town before our stay and I am glad that we did, because we had absolutely no desire to leave again during our stay! We truly can’t say enough good things. This is truly the perfect mountain getaway! We can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful house and host!!! It was centrally located to easily honor and explore all of the amazing outdoor adventures. Shauna was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would love to stay again and will recommend it to anyone we know going to the area.

Just a superb location at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain. Secluded yet very close to Broadmoor and all it offers. We would definitely return when the time comes

Relaxing spot to spend a couple of days with the family. Very private and quiet. Great hiking right on the property. We had a blast exploring and seeing some deer in the evening. Bed is not very comfortable.
