Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Colorado Springs

Rebecca was very friendly and communicated great! Always responded to any questions in a timely manner. The location is wonderful! Close to everything and in a good part of town that we didnt worry about safety or our vehicles during our stay. Grocery store, restaraunts, and coffee places across the street. The apartment is small, but it is laid out nicely and arranged good so we fit all of our crew of 6 comfortably, and didnt use all of the sleeping space provided. Internet was great, TV in every room. We will def be staying at The Gem again in the future!

Amazing doesn’t come close to describing our stay! We loved it, and Lara was very communicative always there when we had questions! We had a lot of fun playing horse shoe and putting the puzzles together, we plan on coming back and definitely recommend staying here!

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

Spectacular views! Every window in this apartment has a view of the mountains and city. We lived in Colorado for 10 years, but have been away for 20, so we did all the touristy things we didn't get to when we lived here. After our touring each day, we returned to this wonderful B&B--clean, comfortable and very well appointed in every way...from the variety of Kuurig coffee pods to the many spices in the cupboard...literally every detail was attended to. Our hosts created us warmly shortly after we arrived which we really appreciated...we felt SO welcomed. Perhaps the highlight was on our last morning, having coffee on the patio, and a deer strolled by like he owned the place. Our spotlight photo of this trip. This B&B=A++

This apartment was PERFECT for my trip with 2 littles. Very thoughtful with pack n play, sound machine, high chair, toys, books and children’s plates/cups for the kiddos, this apartment made it so much easier for us. Aubrey was very responsive and helpful as well! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our daughter’s USAFA Class of 2025 Graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for hosting family during such a special week. The complimentary snacks were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything we needed, including the Air Force Academy. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, especially for Academy events!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Our family takes an annual trip to Springs, and with seven people, this space had ample room and lovely furnishings! Teresa was a great host and always quickly responded to our questions!

The home was amazing. We had everything we needed and even several extras(laundry/dishwasher detergent). We were located extremely close to several of the sites we were interested in seeing (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Amphitheatre). We were given several suggestions that made traveling to those different venues that much easier. The restaurant selection in the area was outstanding as well as access to groceries. Bottom line, home was amazing and exactly what we wanted.

We stayed at Tanya’s for a girls’ trip and had the best time!! It was a great location with all the large sitting areas we needed. We LOVED the hot tub setup and enjoyed the patio during our stay. Tanya was super helpful and very responsive during our time there. Would book again!!

Check-in and check-out were super easy. Very comfortable bed, recliner sofa and nice kitchenette. Everything was functional, clean and welcoming. Jenna was great to message and check on me periodically during my stay, which was above and beyond expectation! Great hosts!! This was my 2nd stay and could not be happier with this cozy and luxurious home away from home.

The piano and absolutely beautiful location were major perks of our stay. Carolyn did a wonderful job of ensuring that the house was fully stocked (toilet paper, kitchen appliances, towels, linens, spices, nonstick spray…even a waffle maker)! The Heizer trailhead and local community park were walkable (less than 5 minutes), and the proximity to Cascade Creek made this location almost perfect. Wines of Colorado being within walking distance was another lovely part of this stay. Highly recommend!

Being here was other worldly, you find yourself excommunicated with the city and feel at peace you are surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. The house was clean nice and very spacious. Since there was no light pollution you can see the stars while siting in the hot tub .
