I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great long weekend stay here to celebrate a special birthday. The weather was good so the grandchildren made full use of the pool, huge garden and tennis court - as did some of the adults. House was very clean and well equipped. Very peaceful and secluded setting - everyone said they would love to come back again.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

The property is central with restaurants, pubs, shops and the riverside on your doorstep. We had a girls weekend in Guildford and it was a perfect location to stay. The property is modern, clean and comfortable. Poppy is an outstanding host and will look after your every need.

I had a lovely stay for my birthday. Ryan provided everything we needed to know about the property beforehand and it was nice and clean.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to [shops/restaurants/public transport/attractions]. It was the ideal base for both working remotely and exploring the area. Both Antonia and Gavin were a fantastic host: responsive, respectful, and thoughtful. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly and kindly. We genuinely didn’t want to leave — it was the kind of place where you settle in and feel completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a longer stay or a relaxing getaway. Thank you again for an unforgettable month!

Would absolutely recommend this place and would hopefully like to stay again in the future! The house is immaculate! Walkable distance to cute cafes (Sweet Carolina stood out for us) and markets. A bus ride away from the Thameslink! Really excellent and high standard finishes, quooker tap with sparkling water was a standout. The house also had a really peaceful feel to it and the downstairs blends outdoor indoor living which was super cool. Overall a really comfortable stay
