Incredible apartment everything was exactly as description. The apartment is in an excellent location I recommend it for anyone who wants to go on vacation and be close to the center and the port. The room was very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and she helped us with everything we needed!!!

My family stayed at the home of Issidoros and his sister Rodope. Everything went well during their vacation. They mentioned that the house was very clean and they were very pleased with everything. We thank Rodope and Issidoros for their helpfulness and hospitality.

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

A lovely stone house, newly renovated, in the medieval old town of Kalamoti. The 1-bedroom house is spacious, has a full kitchen, and a pretty little outdoor sitting area in the back. With its thick stone walls, the house was very cool, even when it was very hot outside. Parking is very easy, and the house is just a 1 minute walk away. Dimitris is quick to respond to all messages, and it was nice to be welcomed in person on arrival. Kalamoti is well located--a short drive to visit the various Masticha villages, and only 3 kms from Komi beach, 5 kms from Mavra Volia. The most magical part of staying in Dimitris's place though is stepping out the front (or back) door for evening walks through the streets of the ancient town.

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

An amazing and thoughtfully renovated medieval house in a beautiful village. Spread over 2 floors plus an amazing roof terrace with excellent views. Every detail has been considered, the house is large, and very comfortable and clean. Tania, the cohost, was very welcoming and helpful - showing me around the village and always on call if I needed anything. I highly recommend this!

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

Evi çok temiz, merkezi, hemen 100 m ilerde migros benzeri market var, evinin hemen yakınında free parking alanı var bu çok avantaj oluyor varvara ya sorun mutlaka yerini. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Die Lage ist perfekt (direkt an der Festung Chios, in Nähe zum Hafen gelegen), um die Stadt Chios, die teils sehr guten Restaurants und Bars zu bieten hat, zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist brandneu eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Markenprodukten. Zudem - von Kaffee bis Milch&Wasser - alles da für einen guten Start. Die Gastgeberin ist zudem sehr freundlich und flexibel, gut erreichbar, und sehr hilfsbereit. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Auch für Familien (Wir: zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder), da in einem separaten Zimmer zwei Betten stehen. Gerne wieder!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.

Dairenin iki odası var 4 kişi çok rahat konakladık akşam balkonda oturup vakit de geçirdik. Adanın ruhunu yansıtan bir evdi. Giriş çıkış saatlerinde yardımcı oldular. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.
