We are Aymesev Stone Building Tourism Company. Our house is in Çeşme Fenerburnu Marina. It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meter pool. 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, large garden. There are fully equipped kitchen utensils. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 min to Çeşme center. 15 min to Alaçatı center. My house has a sauna, sports equipment, and a jacuzzi. This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

THERE IS A WATER TANK IN OUR VILLA. Thanks to the water tank, our guests are not affected by water cuts. There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceilings and air conditioning and bathrooms in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can easily accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant vacation. There is also a hair dryer in each room. You can enjoy the Bali-style landscape with a private pool in the garden.
