Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chios

Maria is an amazing host. We were greeted as if we were at the house of a relative who loved us very much, not in the Airbnb house. Early check-in and late checkout never broke our requests. The first morning, he prepared breakfast and many delicious treats for us. The location of the house is too close to the city center. If we come back in chewing gum, we'll definitely stay at Maria's. σε αγαπάμε Μαρία ❤️

We had great time during 5 days thanks to the hosts of this house. They supplied us all that we need as additional equipment and they even offer us to come with us to the hospital when our baby had an minor accident. The house is so authentic and has a great design with it's big garden and veranda. You have plenty of choices for beaches and restaurants in 15mins by car.

It was a very nice house and exactly what we wanted. A wonderful stay with two separate sections has been renovated from a classic stone house. We loved that it was peaceful, quiet, and a home in touch with nature. Our host Patrick is very friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful with anything and responds to any questions and needs immediately. We would definitely recommend it to those who will go to Chios. If we go back one day, we would definitely prefer Patrick's house again. Thanks so much dear Patrick

Had a very unique stay in Armolia. The home was located in the old section of the village. The house was completely restored and maintained its original design. We enjoyed walking and eating at restaurants in the village. We rented a car, so were able to explore the island. Would definitely recommend!!!

First of all, the house was quite clean, the bathroom and toilet smelled of bleach, and it was hygienic. The house was quite cute and authentic. There was even a patio in the back that could sit outside. Sweet cats are always coming to the neighborhood and you spend time with the kittens. The house had everything that might be needed. Air conditioning, TV, iron, washing machine, stove, etc. Everything was there. And the host even gave us local sweet gifts. The local advice from the host was very good. We were so happy with the restaurant that we ate there 2 nights of the 3 day vacation. The village is authentic and quite place. Very close to the beaches in the south of the island. There is no parking problem. It was a nice experience. Thank you so much. I'd love to stay again

An amazing and thoughtfully renovated medieval house in a beautiful village. Spread over 2 floors plus an amazing roof terrace with excellent views. Every detail has been considered, the house is large, and very comfortable and clean. Tania, the cohost, was very welcoming and helpful - showing me around the village and always on call if I needed anything. I highly recommend this!

A peaceful, cool, very close to the sea with cute hosts in the Lagada area in the north of Chios Island. Yes, maybe you are 1 hour away from the famous beaches in the south, but if you want to be away from the overwhelming heat of the south side, this area and this house is ideal. Also our favorite of restaurants very close by was’ Passas’. Don't leave without trying the boiled octopus and the Shrimp Passas salad.

This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

Markela was very friendly & responsive. Always helpful to provide us with anything needed. The house was 5-mins away from the car parking, making it easy to reach it by car. Definitely our top choice for our next trip to Volissos. Thank you for everything!

Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

It was my first time traveling by renting a house from Airbnb, so I had some questions in my mind, but it was simply perfect. Thanks to our host, I felt as if I was going to another country to visit a friend rather than as a tourist. Even before our trip, our host took care of all the details and we were always in communication. The little gift basket and folder containing regional information they prepared for us when we got home were amazing. The location of the house was easy to find and the house was larger than I expected. There was everything we might need for a short time, from coffee to shampoo. thank you very much again and again

I had a great time: the room was clean, tidy, and with a balcony that has a spectacular view of the sea. I found people of heart, smiling and a family-run tavern that made us typical foods. I wanted to stay more nights because I found myself joking, drinking and eating with locals and lots of Greek music in the background. You will find Manolis and his mom to welcome you and make you feel good. A highly recommended place.

Eleni’s place was incredible and so was our local guide Kaiti! Truly such a special place on the island, and located near one of the most beautiful villages in Greece.

We loved this house, it was huge and everyone had their own space. It was very modern and comfortable and the older members of the group were grateful for the elevator! Gorgeous views and an easy walk to restaurants on the waterfront.

What more to say! Great hosts, great place. If you’re looking for a peaceful home near a perfect beach with the cutest bar ever nearby, this is your place.

We loved the house. Great view. The house had everything we might need or more. There are small restaurants in the village center. The beach nearby was calm and nice. Angeliki was very helpful in the mishaps we had during transportation to the island. Thoughtful and kind. Thanks for everything. Peaceful, pleasant place. We plan to go back next year.
