We had a great experience with the beyond of our expectations in Elphida’s lovely house. It was easy to find any thing in the house what you will need during your journey in Chios. We felt ourselves like in our own home. Maybe, it will not be easy to reach Avgonyma, where is the village the house located, but when you went there and saw the sunset from the garden, you will understand that you had the best choice for accommodation in Chios. And also you will be able to reach to the “to Asteri”, which is the best restaurant in Chios, within a 30 steps by walk. In addition to all of these, as the best part of your journey, you will have chance to meet with Elphida, the greatest landlord in Chios :) Even you can not meet with her as a person, you will feel that, she will accompany to you during your visit.

The view of the house is magnificent, the garden is wonderful... It's a quiet house. It's very ideal for relaxing. Close to the surrounding beaches. Close to the city center. You can meet your market needs online. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great stay. Mr. Önder provided us with flexibility in both check-in and checkout times. This was a great value as we had two babies. The house, garden and pool were clean. It was very easy to get to Altinkum and Diamond beaches and Cesme center by car. During our holiday, Mr. Önder took care of whether we needed anything. Thanks for everything.

We loved our stay at Aggeliki’s place. It is such a beautiful home and the setting can’t be any better. Komi is a lovely little beach town. The house is right on the beach. The nice thing is that it’s at the end of town so you don’t get much noise or foot traffic. Aggeliki lives upstairs so if we ever needed anything she was always available but not intrusive. And she brought us some delicious homemade goodies! Highly recommended!

We loved this house, it was huge and everyone had their own space. It was very modern and comfortable and the older members of the group were grateful for the elevator! Gorgeous views and an easy walk to restaurants on the waterfront.

Mr Ferhat and Ms Sebiha were easy to reach and very helpful from the first rental process. We stayed with our baby and I definitely recommend it to large families. It is a great advantage to have a separate shower and toilet for each room in the house. The house is very useful, everything you need is available. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We are definitely looking forward to going again.

the house photos are as clean and beautiful as they appear the atmosphere is a family atmosphere, we went with the group of friends, but they are one of the places to go with the family Ms. Ayşe is very caring and we reached her very easily every time we called, thank you for her interest:)
