Thank you so much for hosting us Tracy. The hut was perfect, beautifully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. The best bit was the location, private and secluded. The view from hut was just of rolling hills - no buildings or even roads in sight! A place to unwind and de-stress.

Monty the mobile home is an absolute delight, nestled in the breathtaking Dorset hills with views that truly capture the very best of the county. The setting is peaceful and beautifully arranged, with every detail thoughtfully considered to enhance your stay. From the flawless directions to the immaculate surroundings, it's clear that great care has gone into creating this special escape. Best overnight stay we have ever had,From the vintage caravan to the theme of the place,It was so family orientated my daughter loved opening every drawer and cuboard to discover new games and puzzles,We had lovely weather meaning we got full use of the outdoor toys,bbq and fire pit late at night The dogs and pigs made it for us as we are huge animal lovers,Quick tickle on the pigs tummy and he/she drops down for a tummy rub! The hand made ufo which was themed inside was a big hit wuth us kids and adults.There was loud music and fireworks on in the evening nearby but didnt bother us,once in the caravan it was completely sound proof and had the best night sleep in a long time!Clare was a amazing host who communicated with us the whole time,We are already looking at booking again very soon,Thank you so much

What a magical place! We stayed with our 8 year old boy and had a wonderful stay. Rachel is very welcoming and has set the place up with of lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is beautiful, close to Ringwood for shops and eating out, and a great base for exploring the New Forest.

We spent a lovely few days on the Jurassic Bus. It is a magical setting, the bus is so much fun to stay on - we’ll definitely be coming back. Judith and her family were so warm and welcoming. Thank you so much for having us!

Fantastic stay at Jon & Clares place. It's in a beautiful setting and they have thought of absolutely everything you might need. The caravan was spotless and very comfortable, and there were lots of little touches everywhere on site that made the stay memorable. We hopped into Watchet on the bus (which took us plus dog), had some local cider at the very welcoming Pebbles Pub and came back for a BBQ and fire pit, both of which were available for guests. Breakfast and coffee in the valley with the occasional steam train passing through was another unexpected treat. Haven't had many nicer stays anywhere!

It's a shame you can't rate somewhere more than 5 stars, as if you could Caroline's place would receive that. From the friendly and quick communication, and taking me on a tour of the nearby fields and villages, to a clean place that felt both homely and like you were on holiday at the same time. It was iddylic to be able to go to sleep in a peaceful place, and wake up to birds cheeping and a beautiful view outside your window. I could not think of a better host or place, and we will definetely be returning.

We have been quite lucky to have experienced a lot of different airbnbs around the world but there is only one our girls still talk about every single week, and that's the Big Hoot. A rare and genuinely magical place, looked after with care and creativity.

I will be honest - we couldnt make it to Melanie’s caravan as our car broke down on our way. However, Melanie was very much kind enough in understanding our situation and very well handled it. Thank you Melanie. While it was unfortunate we could nt make it this time, we look forward for next time. Thank you again for responding to all our queries as soon as you can and for making us feel comfortable when interacting you. Cheers!

A wonderful little haven in a fabulously peaceful valley. Ideal place to get away from it all. Compact and cosy but with everything you need to relax. We had a lovely three nights escape, within really easy drive of Taunton. Great for my three year old as well as myself. I particularly enjoyed sitting out under the stars after little one was in bed. Amelia is a fantastic host and Penny is very welcoming and accommodating too. My daughter loved feeding the ducks, and seeing the goats and chickens. The trampoline was very popular too. We will definitely visit again as we have family in Taunton, and have found our home from home.

Lovely quirky little cabin. Everything you need for a stay away, cooking facilities and a bit like glamping, a chem toilet right outside and a ‘proper’ toilet and shower a short walk (100m). The location is so peaceful, feeling secluded and private. Great for me and my dog. Secure patio/garden. It is self check-in, but the host, Bridget, was friendly and checked to see if everything was ok. A really nice touch was swapping the complementary wine for a 0% beer, as I’d said I was on a health kick and doing a tough run in the morning. The surrounding countryside is amazing and lovely walks from the cabin. Highly recommended.

Really lovely little caravan in a peaceful field. Comfortable bed, practical kitchen and lounge / dining area. Lovely hosts. We’ve already booked our next stay.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. The caravan was lovely as was the main house. The shower was great. We had a Mezze in the evening and it was divine. Complimentary breakfast was very yummy. I loved the space out the front for my daughter to play on the grass and watch the cat and chickens. A beautiful walk through the orchard on the public footpath next to the caravan. The hosts were faultless. I would definitely go back

Hello Dolly! Dolly the caravan is perfect! She's been lovingly restored for a perfect glamping holiday in Somerset. She has everything you need, a super comfortable king size bed, wood burner to keep you toasty warm and EVERYTHING required for a wonderful glamping holiday. The campsite is great, very well equipped, quiet, hot clean showers and super clean washing-up areas. Great play areas for the kids, fresh croissants at the weekend that the kids can collect and guinea pig cuddling sessions. Dolly the Caravan has lots if extra treats waiting for you, including Somerset cider, Yorkshire tea bags and fresh coffee, many other extras and all your camping / glamping equipment. What a wonderful trip, we'll definitely be back!

My wife & I stayed at the Sheppards hut for the second time this year. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. With comfortable outside seating & a brilliant fire pit we kept cozy in the rain just under the canopy. If you don't like small places, this is not for you but we loved it. The hut itself is kept very clean. Nothing can stop nature leave it's mark outside. James made sure there was plenty of fire wood & he will need to restock it after our weekend. I could suggest some improvement like a larger canopy to hide under but that's because we like being outside. By the way the outside shower is fantastic & it's not cold. I do suggest lighting the fire pit ready for when you come out. If you want to venture off, I recommend visiting Wimborne but there's no need if you like being in the woods with nature. I'm sure we'll stay again.

This caravan was perfect! Very well decorated, clean and spacious. The balcony really added to the stay with a sea view and the location on the site was perfect within walking distance of all haven activities. We had a fantastic week and look forward to staying again. The hosts were extremely helpful and responded almost immediately. The caravan is very good value for money compared to others on the site especially for the high spec of this caravan.

An excellent short break and the lovely caravan at Rockley Park. Super clean, well equipped and ideally located very close to all the amenities at the caravan site, which is much larger than we expected. Despite dreadful weather the second day of our break, the caravan was our retreat for most of the day and we felt right at home. Clear instructions and communication from Sally leading up to the stay and lots of information in the caravan to help you explore the wider area. A delightful stay and we would definitely return. 🙌
