beautiful apartment on the 4th floor (DG) of a renovated Gründerzeithaus on the Kaßberg - the most beautiful district in Chemnitz ;-) The apartment is very quiet, as it is completely facing the courtyard (unless there are barbecue parties... but that is within the scope). You have the entire apartment to yourself: living room with super large sunny ROOF TERRACE, bathroom with tub, bedroom with 140 bed and kitchen. It's all there you need (and maybe a bit more... ;-))

Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.
