Our apartment with 78 square meters is newly renovated and fully equipped. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room with sofa bed (suitable for permanent sleepers) ,fireplace and large TV. Kitchen with dining area and large bathroom with shower + bathtub.

The house is ideally suited for gathering friends or family gathering. 400 m² can be used. A garden, behind the house, is at your disposal.

This stylish, spacious accommodation is perfect for family holidays, weekend trips or work stays. Hartmannsdorf is a quiet municipality in the district of Mittelsachsen. You can reach the 2025 Capital of Culture in Chemnitz in about 10 minutes by car. Otherwise, there is a bus connection that takes you to Chemnitz without changing (1 min walk to the stop). The Erzgebirge with a lot of nature and tranquility is also not far and quickly accessible.

With us you can choose between two comfortable holiday apartments or as a large family you can live together in the entire holiday home. The apartment "Abtwald“ on the ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment „Andreasberg“ on the first floor is designed with up to five beds for families. The holiday home includes a plot of approx. 1000 m². You are welcome in all seasons!

The small house, furnished in a cozy and rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.
