You will stay in a cozy apartment (about 45 m²) on the third floor with balcony and free parking in the courtyard. Space for up to four guests (1.40 m double bed in sleeping niche and 1.40 m sofa bed in living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.
