This cozy house, located in a calm and relaxing village, completely renovated with quality materials, is adapted for couples and families with kids. Located near the Marne river, 20min from DISNEY and airport, 5min from the SNCF train station linking PARIS center, the house have all equipment to past a nice moment. As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended ! We live next door and offer you an exclusive access to the swimming pool (between May to Sept) and Jacuzzi (all the year)

38sqm appartment, renewed in 2023, very well located in the town center and calm. It is ideal for a stay in Paris with easy access to Paris city, Disneyland, Roissy and Orly airports. All these places are at 15 minutes by public transport (the metro and train station is 1 minute walk from the appartment) or 20 minutes by car. The shopping area is 5 minutes walk from the appartment. The appartment has a big wooded garden with swimming pool, barbecue and terrasse exposed to south.

This beautiful top end studio is the ideal starting point for your Parisian getaways. Also great to chill out on the balcony (which opens or closes with curtain glasses) to wonder gazing at one of Paris' most amazing view. 2 shared bike passes are provided to help you get the most of your trip. Comfortable house close to Asterix and Disney

Large house fully equipped to modern tastes, with a large garden with pool and terrace. 15 minutes from Roissy airport and 25 minutes from Eurodisney and Asterix Park Train station 7 minutes away, which takes you to Paris in 25 minutes I would like to point out that my accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
