38sqm appartment, renewed in 2023, very well located in the town center and calm. It is ideal for a stay in Paris with easy access to Paris city, Disneyland, Roissy and Orly airports. All these places are at 15 minutes by public transport (the metro and train station is 1 minute walk from the appartment) or 20 minutes by car. The shopping area is 5 minutes walk from the appartment. The appartment has a big wooded garden with swimming pool, barbecue and terrasse exposed to south.
