As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended ! We live next door and offer you an exclusive access to the swimming pool (between May to Sept) and Jacuzzi (all the year)

La Clé des Champs Studio Hut Pool SPA/Sauna

This unique place has a style all its own. Absolute calm, not overlooked, on the edge of a state forest. We welcome you to our estate less than an hour from Paris. Lost in the middle of nowhere, lovers of nature and comfort will be delighted with the green calm with its heated swimming pool from March 1 to November 30 at 34° (except in exceptional cases of heat pump malfunction) and functional sauna all year round. The garden area is to be privatized either from 7pm-9pm or from 9pm-11pm.

80m², air-conditioned duplex, located along the ramparts and the fake river. 200 metres from shops and the Church of St Ayoul. You arrive by a staircase to a living space dedicated to the reception. 2 large bedrooms, 1 kitchenette, 1 dining area and 1 living room with TV. The bathroom is separate from toilet. > 2 guests =extra charge Linens and linens provided. Cleaning included = 2d Simple breakfast included for 2 days. The pool is open at around 25 degrees

Architect's house in the forest, 50 km from Paris

House in the forest inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, swimming pool and terrace in a dominant position in a remarkable environment. Great for a stay in the middle of the forest, an hour from Paris. Many shoots, filming and corporate seminars are held on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on site.

Duplex apartment located in the very center. Terrace and garden and swimming pool reserved for guests. Small above ground pool (available from July 1 to September 1,not heated so depending on the whims of the weather!!) Close to all amenities ( grocery store, bakeries, monoprix etc...). Access to the train station is a ten-minute walk away. In a small, quiet condominium. Occupancy capacity of up to 6 people, including children and babies.

Charming tree house

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A little return to childhood in this atypical cabin. Breakfast included, you can enjoy it outside with the birds singing or inside. If the weather permits, why not take a dip in the pool; play a game of tennis or take your bikes for a nice ride. Please note that during the winter period the swimming pool is closed from November 5 to April 15.

Pretty house planted in the middle of a large garden of 3600m2 without neighbors or vis-à-vis. Near Fontainebleau, Milly la Fort, Barbizon and 40 km from Paris. I provide you with a suite with bedroom open to balneotherapy bath and walk-in shower, wc, kitchen and dining area for two. The pool is shared with the owners. Info to know: I don't rent my place by the day or exclusively the pool.

AT THE PEONY ESTATE Fully renovated 150m² accommodation with three bedrooms, located in Hautevesnes, in the Hauts-de-France region, only 1 hour from Paris and Reims. In a peaceful and green setting, you will have access to a shared swimming pool with our two other properties on the estate. It is open every year from 1 May to 30 September.
