You will stay upstairs in the pavilion, in a large 17m² air-conditioned room with an en-suite bathroom that will be exclusively reserved for you. Nearby: Shops, cinema, restaurants, Torcy-Vaires leisure centre. Please note: public transport is not well developed, a vehicle is highly recommended.

Maison de famille rénovée avec superbe vue sur la vallée de Montereau-Fault-Yonne dans un petit village labellisé de caractère en Sud Seine et Marne (100km de Paris, proche Fontainebleau, Provins, Sens..). Nous proposons 3 chambres avec sanitaires privés. Vous arrivez dans une cour paysagée. La maison est traversante pour trouver un très grand jardin verdoyant coté vallée. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le grand salon/salle à manger auprès de la cheminée ou dans les espaces extérieurs aménagés.

Le plus : borne de recharge électrique devant le logement. Au dessus de l’ancienne bergerie, cette chambre a été entièrement restaurée avec des matériaux écologiques. La salle de bain attenante privative est équipée d’une douche. Un grand lit douillet vous attend avec des couettes et oreillers en plumes de canard. Un deuxième couchage est possible tout aussi confortable. la fenêtre donne sur le jardin, plein Sud, dans un havre de paix et de verdure. Vous ne voudrez plus quitter la chambre !

On foot, you will find: - 5 minutes, a park with a lake. - 10 minutes, a small supermarket. - 20 minutes, the train station and the city center, filled with various shops. By train (RER A), from the train station, you will be: - 3 minutes from Val d 'Europe (Shopping Center). - 6 minutes (2 stations) from Disneyland Paris. - 28 minutes from Paris.
