the appartment was just as listed. Clean and comfortable with offroad private parking and public transport links. The area is really nice with nice lake and gardens close by with shops and restaurants. Guillaume was great with communication and the check in and out process was simple. highly recommend

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et l'on s'y sent bien tout de suite "Good vibes". J'ai pu me garer à chaque fois juste devant la porte de l'immeuble et les places ne sont pas rares. Très pratique donc. Je n'hésiterai pas à réserver de nouveau.

Patrick was an amazing host. He thought of everything for us. His property is in a great location. We walked from the station and Patrick sent us easy to follow directions. Sceaux is a lovely suburb of Paris. We were so pleased to meet him in person and thank him personally for allowing us to stay in his beautiful property. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

I really really appreciate his warm welcoming and cheerful communication, which was not expected from Airbnb booking. Truly grateful that I found his place this time. location - many many eatry places with good supermarkets nearby. + metro stations around. Un échange par mail très fluide un respect strict des prestations attendues le logement très récent était très propre, le linge à disposition était plus que suffisant et tous les produits d’hygiène à disposition ainsi que les dosettes de café, sucre, sel, poivre, facilitent la vie dans l’appartement spacieux Quelques commerçants à proximité et une place de stationnement dans le parking très pratique. Parfait pour un voyage à Paris en famille. Le logement correspond totalement à la description , l’emplacement à 15minutes du métro est pratique pour aller dans Paris visiter . Un petit plus le bar / restau Simone quasiment au pied de l’immeuble qui permet d’avoir un peu de calme suite à une journée dans la capitale . Rien à redire si vous recherchez à venir sur Paris avec un peu de calme n’hésitez pas ! Autre petit plus / immeuble très sécurisé !

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Really enjoyed the stay!

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Un très beau petit studio, parfait pour 2 personnes ! Proche transports (RER B et bus 390). Christel est très accueillante. Rien à redire sur cette location !

A great house for our group of friends. We had a bedroom each and the dining room and outside area were spacious. The two showers and two toilets were ideal. It’s only short walk to the local train station and there are a few decent shops nearby. Merci à Taous!

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
