The family apartment is through with a balcony overlooking a garden with 2 bathrooms and 2 wc. + private and secure parking. Ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 to 3 children, or for working from home. 10 minutes from metro line 13 or 5 minutes by tram, bedding provided and ready. Double living room, large children's room (17m2) , master suite with shower room. Well-equipped kitchen. A cat stays in the accommodation (but it's possible to get out exceptionally). She is very sociable.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

The neighborhood is made of nice restaurants, organic foodstore and the flat is 2mn walkint to the metro tube Pont de Neuilly, 5 stops to the Champs Elysées.
