Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

I rent the farmhouse exclusively. Extraordinary view with 60 1/2 acres of fenced land. About 500 meters from the medieval village of Bettona, 3 kilometers from Assisi and 19.4 km from Perugia. Splendid swimming pool, production of oil and wine. External masonry barbecue for grilling and pizza oven. Free wifi. Casale Felicia has 30 beds. Sheets and towels not included in the price. "IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata ed è situata in primissima periferia, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Foligno e dalla Caserma Gonzaga, raggiungibile in auto in soli 3/5 minuti, a piedi in 15 minuti e 8 minuti in bici.
