Exelente place to have fun with the family and in peace. You have what you need to enjoy within the complex and within the Apt. Angel was very kind and responsive at all times. We'll be back!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

My sister lived her visit here when her daughter was a newborn 9 years ago. It’s now upgraded a outdoor hot tub with a fantastic view of the Atlantic from it’s perch on the foothills of Puerto Rico’s beautiful Yunque rain forest. We even did a night hike in nearby El Yunque National Park!This is a place of calm, peace, and nature. Beautiful and restorative. We really enjoyed our time here!

We had a fantastic stay, the house is very comfortable and the beds take the credit, God my comfort and the impeccable sheets and towels, do not miss my bed at any time and I always go out missing my bed 🤣🤣 the quiet and private environment, thanks to Elisa also very attentive. I will definitely stay with her when I return to PR a stay without waste!

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

We had an amazing time at Carlos's Airbnb, the dock was amazing to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the boats and jet skis go by. He responded quickly and when we had an issue with the drain he sent his friend right over to help. The area has amazing kiosks and is very peaceful, Ubers were accessible and not too expensive to get where we needed to go. We highly recommend this spot especially for a romantic get away with your significant other. We will definitely be back to this spot, thank you Carlos for an amazing stay ❤️

This place was perfect for our weeklong stay in San Juan with our family! They made perfect accommodations for our boys that are 3 and 4, everything was exactly like it was listed. There was everything there for us but food in the fridge! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, the bathroom as well with toilet paper, aloe for the sunburn, towels both for the beach and the shower. Even goggles and sand toys for the kids! The place made San Juan feel like home! Also being right on the ocean and right in San Juan the location is perfect. Swimming in the ocean or pool just steps out of our room was amazing. And let’s not forget about the immaculate view from the balcony and bedroom windows. We rate this a 11/10 for sure and already want to come back again next year!

It was worth it ! Found it last minute and it was a great deal! It was absolutely beautiful! Close to the beach. A quick walk across the bridge and restaurants all nearby. It was a cute and quaint place . I’m definetly coming back and staying here !

Melba’s place was exactly as in the pictures. She was a great host and provided everything necessary for a long stay. Check-in instructions were clear and precise and I was allowed to check in a bit earlier. I was in the apartment for a 6 week stay and I felt right at home. Handyman came to fix something and he was very amicable and respectful. The security were also very kind and friendly. The beach was only a block away and there are plenty of restaurants and plenty of night spots opened till late. The pharmacy Caridad is down the street and you can find all sorts of necessities and they are also fully stocked on liquor and beer. The 24 hour supermarket is conveniently located around the back part of the same block and there is a shopping cart in the apartment for your convenience. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! I loved the location with the exception of hearing airplanes from time to time. The atmosphere was perfect and just the tranquil space I needed. John helped me plan my vacation from car rental to tips and information on what and when to see it. Superb!

Esther and Rosemary were very communitive from before our arrival date till the very end. Super helpful and responsive with everything. Gave a bunch of different recommendations for local restaurants amd places to go.. Very very friendly and nice.. Overall very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything!!!

It was one of the best AB&Bs and the location could not have been better. The apartment was perfect with a stunning view. Very secure and everything within walking distance. The beach was one of the best beaches and safe for kids. I strongly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! Beatrice, Thank You for making this a smooth, stress free vacation. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We booked the same day and it was easy. The host was very responsive when we had an issue getting in the apartment. Place is very clean and beautiful views.

Only got to stay here one day but the host was absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful. The place was gorgeous had a lot of helpful items inside and the pool was even better than the pictures, great options for local food a five minute walk down the street along with the beach and beautiful plants and trees! All in all great stay, wish we could have been there longer
