As soon as you open the door, you will be taken back by the breathtaking view in front of you, the studio is perfect. In every way, it has everything you need. The host is very nice and responsible, and even suggested several local places, you can walk around to bars and restaurants. You’re literally on the beach with your own private little section. But 10/10 we will be back.

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

everything great but the uber do not arrive and the taxis do not pass through the area unless I agree that they bring someone in a way that I think without being a bad criticism but constructive would be an aspect to improve

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.

Me and my 2 children (11 & 13) had to most wonderful time at the Casita. It was a perfect cozy space for us and we loved the location. The views from the porch and jacuzzi pool were beautiful and it was a perfect spot to unwind after full days exploring the island. Arthur was incredibly responsive and did all he could to make sure we got to the property easily upon arrival and that we were comfortable throughout our wonderful week at his property. We were here during one of the island wide blackouts, which we barely noticed because Arthur has a generator which kept everything running perfectly. Can not recommend enough and hoping to make it back one day with my kids in the future.

Everything was spotless, super comfortable and is a very quiet but very well located area.

This place was a nice getaway. The neighborhood was safe & it was easy to access the apartment. The airport is literally 6 mins away & it’s not a far drive to other attractions. The roosters in the neighborhood will wake you up around 4 a.m. so I suggest having a white noise throughout the night. Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay with very responsive hosts. Something that is helpful to know is that the hot water is actually turned on by turning the knob to the middle, not all the way to the left where the “H” is. I messaged the host and they were able to help with that. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Either the floor or the rug in the bathroom should be replaced possibly, but the apartment wasn’t bad at all. A nice place for the price you pay or for a short trip. Great hosts ! There were others in the apartments attached to the house, but no one was too loud.

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

beautiful spot. being on the lake was so nice and the place has so much to offer. Carlos had great communication when i had any questions or if he needed to notify me of anything. i would advise bug spray because being near the water you will get bit more. he did provide a citronella candle for use. i loved the stay and would stay again. it was so peaceful to lay in the hammock or go out in the kayak or sit in the jacuzzi so many options. double sided locks took some getting used too but did not affect the trip. i would return my next pr trip. you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Melba’s place was exactly as in the pictures. She was a great host and provided everything necessary for a long stay. Check-in instructions were clear and precise and I was allowed to check in a bit earlier. I was in the apartment for a 6 week stay and I felt right at home. Handyman came to fix something and he was very amicable and respectful. The security were also very kind and friendly. The beach was only a block away and there are plenty of restaurants and plenty of night spots opened till late. The pharmacy Caridad is down the street and you can find all sorts of necessities and they are also fully stocked on liquor and beer. The 24 hour supermarket is conveniently located around the back part of the same block and there is a shopping cart in the apartment for your convenience. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! Great space perfect for an extended family stay. The location is excellent and the convenience of having both pool and beach to choose from is much appreciated!

The place was great, with a nice balcony view to the beach, clean and nice pool. Airbnb was clean and just exactly how it was described in the listing, very much worth what I paid, to not leave out that they were very flexible with our check out time was allowed to check out 2hrs after normal checkout time, definitely recommend.

Esther and Rosemary weren't only the best AirBnb hosts I have ever had, but also amazing tour guides. They provided recommendations and things to do across the entire island. They were extremely detailed in their suggestions and they made this trip such an enjoyable experience. At one point, the power went out across Puerto Rico, they were attentive and while the hosts are not responsible for power outages, took responsibility and offered to bring batteries, informed us of updates and provided flashlights. They were more than accommodating. Their space was clean and a great price considering the location and size. It has walking access to tons of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Compared to other locations we had viewed, this was certainly the most bang for our buck. I 10/10 recommend booking with them if you want insider and local recommendations on where to go!

The space is amazing right on the beach walking distance to everything you need. I would recommend this place for anybody. The host is amazing and the apartment is spectacular spectacular abuse everything you need to relax from the New York City rat race

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

We LOVED this place SO MUCH. Best value for tons of room, the best location and it stocked with amenities. From boogie boards to sun block, beach chairs and more. Great secure parking, 2 sets of keys/fobs, Clean, great pool. I highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!

Ami’s place was exactly as described and matched the photos. The location was PERFECT for our beach vacation, and the included amenities were a huge plus. The included beach chairs, towels, cooler, and pool access made settling in to vacation mode a breeze! Ami was extremely communicative and provided clear instructions and recommendations. I would recommend to anyone visiting San Juan!

Pablo’s place was perfect for our group of 10! Super clean, spacious, and in a safe neighborhood with regular security patrols. Pablo checked in and gave great local tips. No complaints at all—highly recommend staying at Pablo and Talia’s place if you’re heading to San Juan!
