We chose this location as it is not in the Tsunami evacuation zone and we can still get to the beaches of Isla verde in 10 minutes, Condado beaches in 15 minutes and Old san San Juan in 20

A lot of beach option very near. Parking is inside the house not in street and iluminated at night and has security cameras. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more).
