Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.

We absolutely loved our time at this Casita! We would've never been able to get there without our Hosts incredibly detailed and thorough instructions, many many thanks for that! Narrow and winding roads getting up there, with steep hills but nothing our small SUV couldn't handle. The views were spectacular and the house was so charming and well-equipped. Worth mentioning that you are deep in the mountains and the sounds of nature at night are a given. Most specifically the Coquis, which I personally let lull me to sleep but others were more sensitive. Wonderful place, would do it all over again!

Tuvimos una estadía fantástica, la casa muy cómoda y las camas se llevan el crédito Dios mío que cómodas y las sábanas y toallas impecables, no extrañe mi cama en ningún momento y siempre salgo extrañando mi cama 🤣🤣 el entorno tranquilo y privado, gracias a Elisa también muy atenta sin duda alguna volveré a hospedarme con ella cuando regrese a PR una estadía sin desperdicio!

This place was a nice getaway. The neighborhood was safe & it was easy to access the apartment. The airport is literally 6 mins away & it’s not a far drive to other attractions. The roosters in the neighborhood will wake you up around 4 a.m. so I suggest having a white noise throughout the night. Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay with very responsive hosts. Something that is helpful to know is that the hot water is actually turned on by turning the knob to the middle, not all the way to the left where the “H” is. I messaged the host and they were able to help with that. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Either the floor or the rug in the bathroom should be replaced possibly, but the apartment wasn’t bad at all. A nice place for the price you pay or for a short trip. Great hosts ! There were others in the apartments attached to the house, but no one was too loud.

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

We enjoy our stay at Jose’s house. Pretty cozy, beautiful and you can feel peace. Definitely, I will use it again

We had a wonderful time! The place is nice clean and comfortable with lots of restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The view is amazing. Very peaceful, like your own little oasis! We will definitely be back!

Melba’s place was exactly as in the pictures. She was a great host and provided everything necessary for a long stay. Check-in instructions were clear and precise and I was allowed to check in a bit earlier. I was in the apartment for a 6 week stay and I felt right at home. Handyman came to fix something and he was very amicable and respectful. The security were also very kind and friendly. The beach was only a block away and there are plenty of restaurants and plenty of night spots opened till late. The pharmacy Caridad is down the street and you can find all sorts of necessities and they are also fully stocked on liquor and beer. The 24 hour supermarket is conveniently located around the back part of the same block and there is a shopping cart in the apartment for your convenience. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! Great space perfect for an extended family stay. The location is excellent and the convenience of having both pool and beach to choose from is much appreciated!

The place was great, with a nice balcony view to the beach, clean and nice pool. Airbnb was clean and just exactly how it was described in the listing, very much worth what I paid, to not leave out that they were very flexible with our check out time was allowed to check out 2hrs after normal checkout time, definitely recommend.

Esther and Rosemary weren't only the best AirBnb hosts I have ever had, but also amazing tour guides. They provided recommendations and things to do across the entire island. They were extremely detailed in their suggestions and they made this trip such an enjoyable experience. At one point, the power went out across Puerto Rico, they were attentive and while the hosts are not responsible for power outages, took responsibility and offered to bring batteries, informed us of updates and provided flashlights. They were more than accommodating. Their space was clean and a great price considering the location and size. It has walking access to tons of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Compared to other locations we had viewed, this was certainly the most bang for our buck. I 10/10 recommend booking with them if you want insider and local recommendations on where to go!

El apartamento es cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Está a pasos de la playa con excelente ubicación cerca de restaurantes y comercios. Ray es un excelente anfitrión, contestó rápidamente y se preocupó porque estuviéramos pasándola bien en su país. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme allí.

The space is amazing right on the beach walking distance to everything you need. I would recommend this place for anybody. The host is amazing and the apartment is spectacular spectacular abuse everything you need to relax from the New York City rat race

What a gorgeous and convenient spot! Groceries, beach, restaurants all within short walking distance. We found an amazing spot for breakfast close by. Victoria responded quickly to any requests. We loved having a parking spot available in such a busy area since we had rented a car to use for some excursions. We will be back!

Ami’s place was exactly as described and matched the photos. The location was PERFECT for our beach vacation, and the included amenities were a huge plus. The included beach chairs, towels, cooler, and pool access made settling in to vacation mode a breeze! Ami was extremely communicative and provided clear instructions and recommendations. I would recommend to anyone visiting San Juan!

We had a wonderful stay at Pablo and Talia's Airbnb. The location was perfect—close to the beach, with coffee shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Pablo was attentive and responsive, always available to answer questions and offer assistance. They also went out of their way to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico with a group.
