The house has a water cistern but no it does not have an electric plant ... it is between 5 to 10 minutes from the main airport. Close to tourist areas as Playa Isla Verde, Condado, El Viejo San Juan and shopping centers, 25 minutes from El Yunke rain forest and Fajardo.🙏🏼🤙🏼🇵🇷

Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more) and a great cup of coffee to start your day. Parking is in inside the house not in the street!!
