Holiday rentals with beach access in Carolina

My friends and I went out our annual girls trip to puerto rico and decided to stay here! it’s directly on the beach, has restaurants within walking distance, and was overall in a great location. Alfredo was very responsive with any questions we had which was very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Definitely worth the stay Maria apartment is great for 2 guest and a toddler or infant. Right down the block from the beach and really comfortable home. I barely stayed in the apartment but being able to rest my head at night was worth it. nice AC in the bedroom and a patio if you want to enjoy the breeze away from the sun. Maria was so responsive at all times.

This is a very conveniently located, well maintained property if you want to be anywhere around Isla Verde beach. Everything that you need for a beach vacation was easily accessible. We decided to skip hotels this time and stay at this Airbnb where we felt there was a better value for your $$s. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next stay here

Amazing stay! The location is perfect—right on the beach and close to everything you could need, from restaurants to shops. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend and would definitely come back

We LOVED this place SO MUCH. Best value for tons of room, the best location and it stocked with amenities. From boogie boards to sun block, beach chairs and more. Great secure parking, 2 sets of keys/fobs, Clean, great pool. I highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!

We loved our stay here! It was our son’s first time traveling (age 6 months old) and he loved everything about the location and what Carolina/Puerto Rico had to offer! This location was conveniently located near restaurants, beaches and stores! We highly recommend!

Stayed for the weekend the place was beautiful it’s right on isla verde beach which is a plus also there was a lot to do outside so overall I LOVED it definitely coming back.

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Robert’s place was perfect for our one night stay, prior to our flight the next day. 5 minutes from the Mall of San Juan and 10 minutes from the airport! Couldn’t get better than that. Robert was extremely responsive and gave clear instructions on everything! Would definitely recommend this place to future visitors!!

We had a great stay at Christina and Ramon's house. Christina thinks of everything and the house is clean and very well stocked! She even has Downy scent boosters! The house has gated parking included, which is rare. The house also has a generator, which was amazing when there was an island wide power outage. The house is close to two great beaches and she gave us same great recommendations. The kids loved the pool! The only thing that I didn't realize, which is my fault is that one of the bedrooms (with a full bed) was downstairs and my daughter did not want to sleep downstairs by herself. I was worried about the proximity to the airport but we barely heard the planes and they did not impact our stay at all! I would highly recommednd staying here!

Grace’s property was beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others. It is conveniently close to Carolina’s airport!

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

Loved this space! Super close to the highway and many different store and restaurants in close proximity. The space was clean and felt just like home! The host was great and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days recently. John’s apartment could not be closer to the beach. We spent most of our time there and being so close to pop up and make lunch or grab things was extremely convenient. There is a separate entrance from the street that leads to an outdoor shower to rinse off and bathrooms which was great because there are not public rinse stations or public bathrooms at this beach. The street between the beach and apartment is pretty grimy so wear shoes :) The apartment is small but was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and separate bedroom. This place has everything you need including beach supplies like chairs and toys. John is an excellent host and communicator. He met us there before we got to the room! We had an issue with the door handle and he fixed it immediately and even got our kids a souvenir for the trouble (which there really was no trouble at all!) I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the ocean in San Juan.

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

Excellent location. Steps from the beach, quick uber to Old San Juan and we were even able to make it out to El Yunque. The airport can be very noisy but nothing the host can do about that. Apart from the noise it was great to watch the planes from one side of the balcony with a beautiful beach view one the other. Linda was flexible with a last minute early check in request which I am so thankful for.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Pedro was an incredible host. We felt right at home. The place was incredibly easy to find and so welcoming and clean. Pedro himself was helpful with check in and other suggestions. Would 100% stay here again.
