If you are looking to experience living like a local this is the spot, 12 minutes from airport 15 to beach 18 minutes away from cruise ships and old San Juan and 19 minutes from the choliseo for concerts, supermarket walking distance, bakery, restaurants, wendy's and a mall, public transportation is very easy, very affordable and 24/7. We do provide secure light we have solar panels know we are very strict on turning off all ac units and lights while not in property. We have wter tank 4 emrgcy.

You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the Balcony.
