The house is just gorgeous and very special, the area with the beach, shops and the forest nearby very beautiful, wonderful Copenhagen is just 20 minutes away by car or train, there is lots to see and do nearby and Helle Louise is a host who always takes excellent care of you!

Beautiful, cozy house in a very quiet location. It's very old and could have been cleaner but okay with us. Kirsten is very helpful and nice and has a lot of tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. and is available at any time. We had a great time all around on the beautiful island of Bornholm! We spent a week with our 14-month-old toddler in Torben and Lone's house and it couldn't have been nicer. First of all, you should arrive by car or bicycle, because despite the nearby train station, the house is really quiet. In the evening, you can watch deer, let your gaze wander over the fields, eat and barbecue outside, and romp in the beautifully landscaped garden. The beach is not far by car, there are plenty of hiking areas and in bad weather it is also worth the drive to Copenhagen (e.g. Park & Ride) Torbens restaurant recommendation, the "Madbar" in Lynæs, was also great. The furnishings are well thought out, you don't really need to bring anything, not even for the baby. High chair, children's cutlery, games, everything is there. We are already thinking about how we can stop there again on our next holiday. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Super friendly and accommodating host! Hugely peaceful place with beautiful facilities and plenty of space. Perfect if you want to go out into the countryside.

This home must be experienced. We agreed that this was the absolute best home we have stayed in. Everything was perfect, everything was as described and the hostess was super nice, everything was prepared and appeared welcoming.

Beautiful house with a wonderful atmosphere. Wooden furniture, interesting books and homely decoration: all very tasteful. Complete kitchen, fresh herbs outside that we could use for cooking. We loved every minute of our stay!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house! It truly is a paradise for children, with plenty of toys. The house is super clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend for families – it's the perfect place for both relaxation and fun! Communication with Simon was very easy.

We can't put into words at all what a gem the little tastefully decorated cottage in town is. Especially the garden with chickens, trampoline and swings was a highlight for the kids. Rikke and Martin were always available, super friendly and helpful. They even organized a high chair when they heard that we have a child which cannot yet sit well in the open high chair, we felt very welcome. The house is superbly connected and from the nearest station you can get to the city quickly as well as in a few stations directly to the beach / a large park. Thank you very much and great recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay with our two children, who enjoyed both animals and playground. Marianne and Stine were perfect hosts and the place is really nice. Bathing and toilet conditions exceeded our expectations, as there is really good space, and you have your own private toilet attached to the house. We also enjoyed an incredibly delicious breakfast and extra snacks and drinks from the minibar. We'd love to come back.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, from start to finish. The house was charming, stylish and in excellent condition. The garden and grounds were amazing, so much space to explore. There were herbs, fruits and vegetables to pick and use, eggs from the chickens, and more games and sports available than we could play in a week (and we were 11 people). The cooking facilities were top quality, stocked with all equipment you could need and everything was impeccably clean and well organised. the hosts were friendly and communicative. My only regret was that we had to leave after the week! I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful time in this summer house. Since we were 4 adults and 4 children, we booked the guest house as well, which turned out to be perfect for us. The giant garden was an absolute highlight for all of us. Campfire evenings and stick bread included. The way to the beach was also great for our children by bike. We greatly appreciate this lovely vacation 🌞

Really cozy place with room to spread out. A lot of cozy nooks around. Nothing was missing. A little dust here and there, but it's hard to avoid such a place. Overall 5/5. Would definitely come again.

It was great spending time in dortes home. The communication was very easy going and fast.

simple, easy and great spot for a getaway. the hottub takes time to get going with a lot of firewood, so make sure you've bought enough. sauna is great too. top notch.
