Luxury summer house with great view to nature

This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Poolhouse, No smoking

Please note - no smoking applies to all inside and outside areas. You have cows and horses as closest neighbors. The apartment is small, but with room for 4 overnight guests. The pool is not heated in the winter, but the apartment is rented at a reduced rate from 01. October to April 30th. Pool can be used cold when purchasing sauna. 150,/day The spa is heated all year round and use is included in the price. From May 1st to September 30th, the pool is heated and can be used by guests

Indoors, there is a cinema and billiards - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, so there is plenty of space for families and larger groups. We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
