Holiday houses in Capital Region of Denmark

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home. There was everything we needed and the house felt spacious and a place to relax. It really worked having the 2 shared living areas and once we found the short cut to the metro it was a great location. We didn't get the chance to make the most of the outdoor space or games but we would love to return. Thanks

The apartment is located in a very central area which makes everywhere walkable. Bus stops and train stations are also close by. The apartment has everything you need. Although the location is central, the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful balcony. Cecilie is very kind and helpful and she waited quite a long time for us to arrive so she could pick us up to go to her apartment. She is also very flexible in terms of check in and check out time which is really useful! Highly recommended apartment!

We spent a week in the forest home. At up to minus 8 degrees and great snow it was fantastic. The view of nature is really great. The toys for the kids were great so everyone had their surprises. You should know: if it is so cold, you have to fire the wood-burning stove in the morning until it is really warm. The heat pump creates the base temperature. The cozy warmth brings the oven. The extensive amenities of the kitchen make it very easy to feel at home.

Nanna and Andrew really have a knack for making a living space beautiful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, blending modern style with cozy touches. The kitchen is well-equipped and we made good use of the gas barbecue on the balcony. Everything was spotless upon arrival. It's clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The view into the harbour and onto the sea is truly breathtaking. Restaurants and shops are only a short walk away so we were spoilt for choice of going out or enjoying the fantastic apartment. There are also many beautiful beaches and bathing opportunities nearby and wonderful walking trails along the coast. Nanna and Andrew were thoughtfully unobtrusive yet responsive and helpful if need be. Watching the two of them doing their exciting work in their glassblowing workshop and showroom was a real experience, too. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Very nice house with nice outdoor area and large terrace. Everything so clean. Great sound location. The equipment of the kitchen is good. Everything you need is available. Very quiet because in a residential area. In good weather you can reach the walking (about 15 min) beach. In the village itself, there is a Netto and a few restaurants. The neighboring towns have more to offer (for eating, shopping and watching). But in and of itself the house is really nice.

We visited Gudhjem, Bornholm to check out some family history and explore the area. For our 4 day visit we were delighted with our stay in the chicken house. We slept comfortably and cooked several meals including grilling outside in an environment where the only sounds besides our own were of the sea and occasional sea bird under a loaded with stars sky. We took pleasure in the detail and care of the design and furnishings of this quaint little house. A short stroll through the back yard puts you at the sea, and a walk down the street of this charming hilly town there is grocery, shops restaurant etc… and meeting Neil’s and Laila added such richness, meaning and character to our incredible experience on Bornholm that we will definitely be back. We stayed for a week at Guy's cabin. It is a very simple wooden casita but that has everything you need, with beautiful views of the garden and very cozy. We felt at home. Everything has been easy and perfect. The region is quiet. Ideal for strolling in the forest or going to some small beaches. Everything is very relaxing and peaceful. I recommend it 100%.

Staying in that apartment was one of the great experiences. It is located near metro and under house is market. Everything looked exactly like on photos. Host was very friendly and flexible with check out times. I am in love with that apartment and definitely will book for the next trip.

Fantastic cozy and spacious summerhouse in lovely surroundings! Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen that contained EVERYTHING you could want, from blender to mandolin iron and coffee filters and trash bags. BBQ with fresh gas, delicious solid patio furniture, and lots of lovely outdoor cozy nooks with swings and hammocks. Significantly more spacious than it appeared in the photos. We were 6 adults and 5 children and thought there was AMPLE space for everyone. Very good beds, nice duvets and generally a pretty good and flexible room distribution/decor. Really cool and adequate number of Jopo bikes (very str flexible) for us. We would love to come again!
