New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. The house is located 600 meters to a beach and 200 meters to supermarkets. The train station is 150m from the house. Trains run to Copenhagen every 10 minutes. The train ride to inner Copenhagen takes 20 minutes. The train ride to the airport takes 40 minutes. Charger for electric car 25 meters from the house. Free parking at the house. There is an outdoor trampoline from April 21st and even autumn holidays.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, with a kitchen and bathroom. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children can be seriously injured if they fall down.
