Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009.
