Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

A very good welcome by Vanessa. The location is ideal for visiting Versailles on foot. The house is quiet and the small shaded terrace area allows you to eat outside.

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

Don't hesitate! The cottage is beautiful, quiet, superbly decorated ... Nicole is a warm owner who multiplies the attentions... very available. We are used to staying in airbnb but this is by far the most beautiful stay we had!

Super easy check-in - Francis was there, helpful, and everything was clearly laid out. Breakfast was ready each morning, the house spotless, and it never felt like we were in someone else’s space. Full kitchen access, garden view, and all essentials in place. Coming and going was smooth and secure. It’s rare to find a stay this complete - where every small detail is already taken care of. We honestly wished we had more time to stay longer.

The neighborhood was the Marais district, so the surrounding environment was clean, and there were many antique buildings and shops around. I want to recommend it because the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the subway station, and it was on the first floor, so you could hear a little noise, but the windows blocked the noise well, so you can sleep well without waking up in the middle of the night after traveling. The breakfast provided by Morgan was also very good, and it was a happy accommodation because he was really kind. You can spread it out in the corner of the 28-inch carrier, but it's uncomfortable because the passage is blocked. The bathroom is also small, so it can be difficult for adult men. It's a recommended accommodation for two women traveling, and the bathroom was small but really neat, and the hair dryer had a strong wind, and there were cotton buds and cotton pads, and the tissues were thick, and there was a large mirror in the center, so it was nice. The bed was big and the mattress was fluffy, so it was nice. It's close to all the tourist attractions. I totally recommend this place

Great night at Hélène and Claude's place. The bed is ultra comfortable. They are very welcoming and the breakfast is exquisite. This is one of the BEST airbnb I've ever experienced. They are often sold out by the way. You'll have a choice of lots of homemade jams and delicious homemade bread. If you need to rent bikes, they are very well equipped (to be booked of course). You can safely park your car in their beautiful home. There are many sports activities to do around their home as Fontainebleau is not far away. If I have to come back to Melun, I would come back to their place without hesitation.

Cathie and Lionel are considerate hosts who allowed me to rest as part of a professional assignment. It is a comfort to be able to rest in a simple, clean setting where you are comfortable. The entire top floor is dedicated to the guest and it's very pleasant! Despite the high temperatures, this room remained naturally cool, which is really welcome! Thank you for everything!

Excellent stay at Claudine and her husband's: they are very welcoming, helpful and offer good advice. The big plus is the breakfast served every morning with pastries and fresh bread with good coffee that wakes you up! I highly recommend this listing!

Everything was simply perfect: the warm welcome, the cleanliness, the comfort, a sublime breakfast, the attention (proposal of a bottle of water, coffee... on arrival and departure), clear instructions, a superb view, quiet accommodation. The latter is also very well located in relation to the metro station. Moreover, the discussions were a great experience for me, and this rich meeting. I highly recommend Catherine and Étienne's accommodation.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

We were extremely well received at Isabelle's. Her son very kindly introduced us to the accommodation which was beyond our expectations. The bedding is of very good quality guaranteeing beautiful restorative nights. The location is great, and we were able to enjoy the lovely light on the inner courtyard. Isabelle was incredibly kind throughout the stay which touched us a lot! I would highly recommend it!

We had a great two night stay! The welcome was particularly warm and the atmosphere very friendly. The room is comfortable, bright and very clean. Breakfast is delicious and very hearty, as are the dinners, really excellent. The pool and garden add a real plus to the whole. A big thank you for these beautiful moments shared… We loved our stay! We recommend this little haven of peace with our eyes closed.

Such a lovely place to stay at. We felt at home immediately and the place was very cosy and stylish at the same time. Our host was so helpful and gave us a list of local restaurants that he recommended. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I absolutely loved my stay at Karine's place! After spending time in Paris city center I was so happy i booked her space just outside the city. The apartment is so beautiful, homely, cosy, and equipped with everything you need- and more. I loved the little outside area, the large windows that offer great natural light. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was big enough for one person. I felt right at home in Karine's apartment, using the kitchen space and enjoying her amazing book collection. The area and small town has many great bakeries, restaurants and shops. The apartment is a few minutes walk from various close by bus stations - or a quick 20min walk to a large metro strop. The area is relaxing, quiet and peaceful. I also felt really safe walking at night from the metro stop back to the apartment. I met Karine briefly and wish we had more time to get to know one another. I will be staying in her apartment the next time i have to visit Paris. Thanks Karine!
