Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Charm and comfort on the second floor of a 16th century building (third floor for Americans), in a quiet cul-de-sac and yet right in the heart of Paris. The gite de l 'auge was set up in an old barn/stable built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity through its trough, its beams of the forest of Retz and its stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernized by the alliance of glass and industrial steel. The gite of the auge was imagined and then arranged to allow everyone to feel like a second "home". Quiet, aesthetics, attention to detail... ideal for a beautiful experience.
