Holiday rentals with beach access in Canal de l'Ourcq

Our stay went very well. The hosts are welcoming and very responsive for any need. The place was as advertised and we were able to enjoy it.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful rooftop apartment. Franck made us feel very welcome and was extremely accommodating. The apartment is well-equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked the outdoor terrace area. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality, spacious accommodation that is convenient to everything needed for a holiday in Paris

Clean studio, just like the photos, it has everything that is needed, felt right at home. The host was very responsive and understanding.

What a find, such a wonderful apartment with great views over the canal and so close to public transport and to the local market and 20 minutes from Philharmonie.

My sister and I were at the Olympics in Paris and wanted a well-located, small but nice apartment for this time. We really enjoyed it at Fabrocio's. The area is Hipp, you have a supermarket, a few great restaurants and a mega bakery right outside the door. The connection to the public metro is also immediately around the corner! The apartment has a very cozy ambiance and absolutely reflects the Paris vibe. I will be happy to stay there again!

Gerard is super friendly and responsive. The apartment is very functional and tastefully arranged. The area is very lively but soon inside more noise. So we had a pleasant stay and will be happy to come back.

A beautiful airbnb that is equipped with all comforts. Marie Claude gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The house is neat and clean and a good base to visit Paris (40 minutes by train from Marles and Brie).

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.

Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation is very nice. Close to shops and a pretty park just around the corner. If there is a problem or a question, the owners are immediately listening to solve them. Very good stay, we will gladly go back. We highly recommend this rental!

We had a lovely stay at this place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is just amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Boris was responsive when we needed him a lot. We wanted to be close to La Défense and Puteaux train station located 1 min from Boris's accommodation took us there very quickly or sometimes we walked. The only catch is the staircase at the entrance to the building when you have a lot of luggage. But honestly, we all loved staying here for a few days. Thanks Boris for hosting us! We'll go back if we have a chance.

Lovely apartment, easy to find and enter with the instructions we were given. Spacious enough for 5 of us. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a great addition to the apartment. The nearest train station is about 20-25 minutes walk away, there is also a shopping centre to get everything you need. The neighbourhood felt safe, even walking back late at night.
