Equipped with the best amenities: 3 bedrooms with 160 cm Mybed double beds, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room with a marble kitchen, a home cinema and a hi-fi system. Dyson air conditioning, fibre, Nespresso… It's all there. Up to 7 people. ⚠️ Small 20 cm step at the entrance, difficult access for people with reduced mobility. The loft is located less than 150 metres from the Ourq canal in Pantin. It measures 54m2. It is light and spacious. It has a green terrace and is on the first and last floor of a quiet, secure and design building. The organisation of parties, evenings and/or gatherings is strictly prohibited. I live on the same level, in case of abuse you will have to leave the apartment immediately, you will no longer have access to the accommodation.
