Holiday rentals with a patio in Canal de l'Ourcq

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

Mei My partner and I were glad we took the apartment as it is outside of Paris, so perfect to arrive by car. There was an underground car park where we could park the car. The apartment was exactly as in the photos and as described. The check-in and check-out were super easy, it was communicated exactly how it works and if you had questions you were helped immediately. You can quickly reach the city centre of Paris by train. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. We recommend the place.

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

The accommodation is as described on the website. I was pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness and how good it smelled when I walked in. Mattresses in both the bedroom and the living room very comfortable. Clean and starved linens and towels. It is a 5 min walk from the RER station from where Disneyland is reached in 5 min and Paris in 45 min and a 15 min walk from the Val d'Europe Shopping Center. Definitely if I will come back to Paris I will still go for this accommodation. Congratulations Alexandrine and Bruno!

The apartment is exactly as described. Clean, functional, well equipped and quiet. I couldn't meet Jennifer but communication with her was quick and easy, and she was very helpful and responsive. Location is also good, about 10-15 min walking to Goussainville train station. Easy access to downtown Paris - 30 min with RER D. Thank you for your hospitality, Jennifer!

From the first moment Paul has been the perfect host - very open and friendly communication and great tips about Paris due to his knowledge of the best locations. The apartment delivers the breathtaking view over Montmartre seen on the pictures. The rooftop terrace is the perfect location to enjoy sunsets with friends or a loved one - very romantic and insane atmosphere during the Champions League final!

I only stayed for a weekend, mainly used the accommodation for sleeping (I was mostly outside), but the accommodation was in great condition, easy to access, clear instructions, very friendly host. I recommend it!

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. We had a wonderful stay at Sabine’s beautiful home in Quincy-Voisins. It was the perfect setting for our family holiday. Sabine was there to welcome us when we arrived (despite it being late) and was so friendly and helpful throughout her stay. The house itself is so well kitted out and the decor is fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the Disney soft toys. The location is perfect and so easy to get to Disneyland (the bus stop is just at the end of the road). There is a bakery a stone’s throw away and a really great park for children close by. We really loved our long weekend and would recommend a stay at Sabine’s to everyone!

The location is simply perfect - ideal for visiting Disneyland: you can be there in a few minutes, or you can take the bus that stops just around the corner. The centre of Paris is also easily accessible by public transport. The accommodation itself was very well maintained and comfortable. For us – four adults and one child – it was absolutely sufficient and offered everything we needed. The lovingly landscaped garden was a highlight and a wonderful retreat for relaxing after exciting days. We would come back back. This accommodation is highly recommended - for families, Disneyland visitors or Paris explorers alike. Thanks again for everything!

We (3 adults & 1 child) stayed 3 nights at Luc’s place. It was exactly as described in the photos. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and within easy reach of Disneyland Paris on the 2234 bus. The bus stop is right outside the accommodation so very little walking needed. It took 10-15 mins to get there. Large supermarket 5 min walk away to stock up on essentials. We didn’t eat in any of the local restaurants but they looked lovely. We would recommend Luc’s place for anyone going to Disneyland Paris.

3-night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well equipped, modern, connected and very well decorated. We loved the cinema room, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A teleworking space that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for the departure. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Accommodation fully compliant with the listing, located on a quiet street. Great for a visit to Parc Astérix or the Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomed us himself, which is a nice touch.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
