Lovely place, feels like home and a decent grill!

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

We had a lovely stay at Daniella's apartment! It was comfortable, well-equipped and in the heart of the city center while being within walking distance from the train station. Great for visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

Giuseppe and Margherita's place were one of the best places we've stayed. We were welcomed with a wonderful homemade pie and more. The place were spotless and big. The balconies were a bonus. Very close to the old city.

Great place to stay with almost brand new equipment. Vanessa answered very quickly to all of our questions gave us a very nice welcome to Lucca!

A perfect location to explore the local area. well equipped with everything you may need. Nearest Carrefour is 10 mins walk. Some steps are avoidable by wheeling up the road from train station. Lots of toys and games for young children and some English books to for both adults and children. Good selection of oil and seasoning and water with some toiletries for the first night. Communication was good when there was an issue with check in and help was provided. Very quiet area away. Lovely private outdoor space. Thank you

Accommodation close to the airport, train station and city center. Everything is perfect! The apartment is quiet and well-equipped. We slept very well there. Daniela is very available, check in and gives tips for tours, restaurants or others. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful apartment, host and perfect welcome from Mr. Bruno. Airbnb location very close to the port (from which line 2 departs for the Cinque Terre) while further away from the central station. The only downside: the beds are a little uncomfortable. Thank you very much to Fabrizio but also to Bruno!

Emilia was so friendly and kind with us!! She was checking on us all the time, making sure we were having a good time!

Gemma is a very nice and extremely attentive host. We were greeted with wonderful gifts that brightened our stay. Clean apartment and suitable for families with small children. Convenient parking and just a few meters from the entrance. Experience to be repeated!!!!

We sincerely thank Giulia for hosting us and for her kindness. She recommended places to see and gave us clear explanations on the path to get to Spezia Miglianira train station. We really enjoyed her place because it is very spacious with a master suite and 2 bathrooms/wc. It is very well equipped, clean and its large terrace allowed us to enjoy sunny days. The neighborhood is quiet. No problem parking and being able to walk to the station is a real asset. Our 2 night stay to visit the Cinque Terre was a success.

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that may come back useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta is always available, precise in communications and super kind in making us find, upon our arrival, welcome thoughts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones . surely in the future if we decide to return to the parts of Viareggio, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and hosts!!!

a very nice and attentive person, she speaks very good French and advised us very well to find a restaurant. She gave our daughter a little chicken and chocolates because it was Easter weekend, a charming attention and had prepared a basket for our dog. We were very well received. As for the accommodation, it is very spacious, well appointed, there is absolutely everything you need, nothing is missing. The environment is very quiet and there are nice walks to take. Highly recommend!
