Nous avons particulièrement apprécié séjourner dans la maison qui était pleine de charme de part l environnement de la nature et des montagnes et la décoration intérieure qui était toujours très soignée. Séjour très agréable dans une région qui offre beaucoup de possibilités de tourisme .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern unter 10 Jahren und einem Hund Urlaub im Rustico von Jennifer und ihrer Mama gemacht. Es war ein Traum. Inmitten von Olivenhainen gelegen mit einem fantastischen Blick über Camaiore und sogar das Meer. Das Haus war blitzesauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an rein gar nichts, an alles wurde gedacht. Der Empfang von Jennifers Mama war sehr herzlich und warm. Jennifer hat uns immerzu unterstützt, egal welche Frage wir hatten. Die Ausflugstipps und Geheimtipps an der Pinnwand haben es uns leicht gemacht, die Tage mit authentischen und wundervollen Erinnerungen zu füllen. Großartig für uns als Familie: der private Garten (mit allen Kräutern und Zitrusbäumen), die gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, etc., die tolle Terrasse (ein Highlight, wenn abends alle im Bett sind) und zu guter letzt auch die sehr netten Nachbarn. Wir werden dieses schöne Fleckchen Erde im Herzen behalten.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Peaceful and tidy apartment with a lovely view. It had everything we could have wanted during our stay. Enrico and Silvia were amazing hosts making sure we were comfortable. Communication was pleasant, efficient and fast. Grazie mille, Enrico and Silvia!

Due giorni di relax e pace. Posto bellissimo. Casa attrezzata di tutto . Appartamento piccola ma allo stesso tempo,spaziosa. Il letto comodissimo. Zona bellissima x fare delle camminate. Ovviamente x arrivare al mare ci vuole la macchina. L’unica pecca, se una ha la macchina grossa è che non si riesce ad arrivare direttamente davanti alla casa perché la strada è stretta . Ma questo è stato comunicato in anticipo. Non abbiamo avuto problema. Grazie mille Maria Victoria x tutto. Torneremo sicuramente. Un saluto anche a Shaggy , il cane di casa. Simpaticissimo.😍

Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Alles großartig! Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber, toll eingerichtet - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Außerdem liegt sie total ruhig und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Städte, die Berge oder zu Fuß zum Strand. Cristians Eltern Salvatore und Elena (die mit ihm Haus wohnen) haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Besuch bei Freunden gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

Alojamiento excepcional. Muy buen lugar para poder hacer excursiones a otros lugares de interés como Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Cinque Terre. La casa es perfecta para una familia. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías. Limpieza perfecta. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores. La piscina un plus que ha alegrado las vacaciones a todos. Después de hacer excursiones llegar a casa y poder darte un chapuzón, es lo mejor!. Tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Carmela, excelente anfitriona, nos recibió sin esperas, nos hizo recomendaciones para visitar y siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros. Tanto los niños como los mayores, hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la casa y de los alrededores tan increíbles de esta tierra. Sin duda, repetiría. Lo recomiendo absolutamente. Muchas gracias Carmela por habernos dejado tu casa y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en la nuestra.

Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Andrea’s apartment in Pietrasanta. Before we even checked- in, Andrea was extremely responsive and proactive in his communication. The apartment was immaculate and provided a modern feel while maintaining its rustic charm. We greatly appreciate the clear instructions Andrea provided, and that he took time out of his day to meet us at the parking spot, which was less than a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Highly recommend the apartment if you’re looking to be in a great walkable location to the Pietrasanta centre.

Great place and Samuele is a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, 5 mins from the beach and the marina. The outdoor balcony is small - as described - but given the beach is a few steps away, one doesn’t miss out on anything. Great beach clubs around and Samuele is also connected to one which was very helpful. Overall, great stay and thanks to the hosts.

Siamo tornati a casa Levante per la seconda volta ed è stata una garanzia! Federica è stata gentilissima e disponibile come sempre e la casa era provvista di tutto il necessario e ancor di più, libri per i più piccoli, giochi per la spiaggia, insomma qualsiasi cosa! Abbiamo trovato pulizia ed ordine e in cucina ogni confort necessario (cialde caffè, olio, sale, zucchero, pastiglie per il lavastoviglie.. anche i piattini in gomma per i nostri bimbi!) Se fosse possibile dare più di 5 stelle, Casa Levante le meriterebbe tutte, una garanzia!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

All was perfect! What I liked the most was the location. Close to the city center and the sea. You can arrive in some minutes by walk. Inside of the house was modern and clean. We enjoyed a lot!

Prachtig en heel schoon appartement, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, zelfs een eigen parkeerplaats. Strand is een kwartiertje rijden. Vanaf het station in Viareggio kun je heel makkelijk met de trein naar bijvoorbeeld Pisa, Luca, La Spezia, enz. Nicoletta is een heel erg vriendelijke en snel reagerende host, echt een superhost.

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war perfekt und wir durften sogar früher ein- und später auschecken. Das Bad war klein, aber funktional. Leider war uns nachts trotz Klimaanlage zu warm, da das Bett direkt unter das Dach gebaut ist. Die Wasserpumpe war zudem recht laut (auch wenn kein Wasser lief). Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man kein Problem mit steilen Treppen hat :)

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

This was a fabulous apartment in a great central location. Access was easy loved all the windows and good facilities. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Lucca. Thank you.

Le logement d’Antonio est incroyable. La situation est parfaite : à quelques minutes à pieds d’une petite plage très mignonne, et à quelques minutes du vieux port dans lequel vous trouverez un super kiosque à huîtres toutes fraîches, un petit bar très sympa avec de bons cocktails, une ambiance vraiment italienne et pas trop touristique. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison et nous souhaitions plus partir ! Un ascenseur permet de relier ce logement sur les hauteurs à la ville, ce qui était parfait car mon copain venait de se faire opérer des ligaments croisés. Nous recommandons le logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !
